I attended your event " suede on the water" on june *** this boat ride was horriblei have never seen an establishment treat customers so terrible
-first of all you advertised the boat will be boarding at 2pm and you didnt let people board until a quarter to mind you the boat was suppose to leave at 4pm
-when you finally started letting people on the boat, the line to get on was ridiculous
you used eventbrite as a source to buy tix but didnt have scanners to scan your tixinstead you had a bunch of girls dress up gold with a clip board to walk around and search for peoples name on a list
-how can you have 1,plus people that need to get on the boat stand on line and wait for someone to look through names to give a tix? (ridiculous)
when people finally got on the boat, if you didnt have wrist bands you was directed to move to left to go into the peasant areai call it the peasant area because thats how they treated everyone who didnt have vip wrist bands
let's talk about how drink cost dollarshow can you charge so much for drinks and not feed people
when it came to the food, the peasant were only offered finger food and a waffle that person was making for 500+ peoplepeople spent most of their time trying to get waffle that they didnt get to enjoy the boat ridefor the people like me that decided not to stay online like a desperate dog, had the luxury of watching all the vip people come out to the peasant area with the mountain of food and dessertit truly felt like it was slavery all over againyou guys made the non vip people customers feel separated and un importanti know what you must be saying, why didnt you buy vip tix? well when my friends and I went to buy vip tix you were sold outwhy? bc you only sold a limited amount of tix so you can deliberately treat customers the way you did
after being disgusted for the first min and realizing that it was after and the boat did leave yet, I got off the boat leaving my friends behindthen I found out you that the boat came back a whole hour earlier then the time you guys advertised which was 8pmthis whole experience was horrible
to make matters worst, you have not apologize nor have you acknowledge what your have done instead you have been deleted everyone post and feedback to hide the fact that the event was a disaster do the right thing and apologize and give people their money back

matter has been resolved.Please make sure to credit me, the gift card recipient, Clarice Lino's credit card number that I used the day the incident occurred with the full payment of $133.00. Afterwards I will consider the matter closed. The Suede gift card number is 3212. It is a $100 gift card. Please note gift card overly colorful background nearly camouflaged the embossed numbers on the card. Needed a flashlight to read it.

On June [redacted] , I took part of the boat ride and I must say that it was the worst boat ride ever. We was promised so much and nothing was delivered. We was promised a 4pm til 8pm boat ride but didnt sail out til almost 5:30pm only to return back to shore at exactly 7pm. A high percentage of people didnt get to eat because of the extremely long line and the staff running out of food. I am sure the promoters had no control of the drink prices which is another issue that also anger many people for being over priced. Over all this has been the worse boat ride I have ever expierenced. I really hope that a refund can be given.
