My home has a sick dog that requires clothing and beds to be washed daily. This company was called to fix my washer. Three weeks later and having taken off work give times it is not repaired. They told me they would tell my home warranty compAny it needs to be replaced. Instead, they asked for a second vendor to come out. The home warranty company verified that if they had stated what they said they were going to, I would have my washer replaced in 24 hours. I have had no washer down there weeks and illness has spread through household now. Now I have to take off work again or new vendor.

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment I would like it noted at the Bbq that is company is unethical and I would like them to be responsible for paying me for the additional time I will now have to take off work since they lied.

Good Morning Our Company was dispatch out thru *** to*** address for a washer complaint, The first trip out our Tech
found the Motor and Tub assembly needed replacing per *** tech support. With *** authorization we install the part to find the old motor had shorted out the main control
which once again thru *** tech support told us this can happen..Per Authorization thru *** we install the main control at this point the unit would power up but not complete
the cycles,my tech then drove to deep Va. beach supply house and grab another part trying his best to finished the job..After the hour and half drive time this didn't help
the machine complete the cycle..At that point he contacted ***and explain he couldn't repair the machine and suggested replacing the machine for***..Per*** THEY decided
to send out a second opinion..not our choice..We had tried everything per*** tech support.. At this point of the day*** called our office and became OBNOXIOUSLY RUDE and
BELLIGERENT to our office personal and then hung up on him...
PS
We owe this Lady nothing..It's her Warranty Company who hired us not her and They call the shots and make the decisions not ***..

I do except thecresponse because it is false. The company does not know what actually occurred in the field, just what their tech tells them. Their tech was not competent and the company handled the entire situation unprofessionally. From not getting original part in a timely manner to not having com ***xtent personnel. The 2nd company sent ouya tech diagnosed the issue and fixed it in 2 hours. This company could not do it over a 3 week period
