This company doesn't even deserve star!!!!!!! I went in specifying this was for my wedding, and they proceeded to rush through ittaking multiple clients at once leaving me to sit longer then I needed with bleach in my hairI went it with virgin hairmy hair is now fried after ONE processnot to mention the spots all over my head I look like a zebrahave gone back times to "fix" this issue and its still horrendousI wish you could SEE the image of my hair but I cant upload it on hereBut I will be posting the image with "visible changes" name tagged in it on FB, IG, Yelp, google, EVERYWHEREGIVE ME MY 250$ BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!! I should have refused to pay while I was there, let them call the cops, when the cops would have seen this they would have thrown the money back at me its so HIDIOUSI literally left in tearsthis has caused emotional distress, and a potentially ruined wedding dayNow I have to find someone else to fix this!!! furthermore I NEVER signed a waiver at this location and I will seriously SUE for GROSS Negligence if my money is not given back to me IN FULLI have all the proof I need my hair was virgin hair when I went in there and now its falling out in patches

On 06/04/we called to have an appointment with a Master Cutter at the Visible Change Salon in [redacted] for my 2yr old The appointment was scheduled at 1pm We arrived at the location around 12.55pm We were scheduled with Randel and unfortunately her appointment for 12.30pm was running late and told us we have wait for more hour and she mentioned she is a senior stylist not a Master Cutter, which whoever answered the phone LIED to us that we were scheduled with a master cutter We really do not understand why we have to wait since we were on time and her another appointment was late, in a place of business she could have taken care of us first since we were on time and then taken care of her late appointment Upon raising our concerns to the front desk associate Kelly, she mentioned there is no appointment available for a Master Cutter until 4:30pm, which we really did not understand why we had to wait this long since we already had an appointment scheduled at 1pm! The front desk associate Kelly went and called for a manager A manager by the name of Rosanna approached us being very rude, unprofessional, unethical and uneducated She treated us with a lack of respect when we asked who took our appointment and can we get the associates name that provided us with inaccurate information The manager never apologized or even made an attempt to get our year old child in for a haircut The manager requested that we get out of the store and called [redacted] security on us We were not only humiliated in front of our year old child, but in front of the complete mall crowd which was totally uncalled for We did not curse, threaten or disrespect her or her associates in the store; we simply wanted to get the service we requested for our year old Upon seeing the security my year old was so frightened and began crying We really do not think Rosanna is a professional manager to this brand of Visible Change She was very defensive upfront and never made an attempt to hear us outShe treated us like trash coming to her store from the streets which was really upsetting to my family If she stays as a manager, the BRAND of Visible change will be destroyed and will lose many current and future customers such as myself The most upsetting part is she told the mall security that we are not allowed to return to her store I have the proof in writing from the security officers which is signed by officer [redacted] notifying all this issue My dear customers if you do not want to be treated as trash and unprofessional, please stay away from this Visible Change store at [redacted] ***

I saw a stylist named ELISE ** she washed, styled and conditioned my hair afterwards my hair came out in a huge spot in the back of my headI contacted the manager there Jamie who was very RUDE and unconcerned and I contacted the regional manager Terry *** who refuses to return phone callsthis place is unprofessional and they hire crappy cosmetologist who have no idea what they are doingelise made my hair come OUT!!

Date of incident- 7/21/Location- Memorial city mall
People involved- Berny (hair stylist), Memorial city mall store manager (name unknown)
Myself and my mom went to Memorial city mall, visible changes location for hair relaxer services During our initial consulting appointment, we were guaranteed we would be left with straight and smooth hairWe got the treatment done on April 23rd but it did not work(I paid approximately $including the tip)We were left with frizzy and wavy hairThe hair stylist promised us they would fix the problem and asked us to come again after weeksThey did not charge us for the 2nd treatment but that did not work as wellWe were asked to come again for 3rd treatmentI blindly believed them hoping they would fix our hairThe 3rd time we got the treatment done was on July, 21st, My mom was going through the hair treatment process and I was waiting for her in the loungeWhen I was speaking with the receptionist, the store manager came to meHe did not introduce himself and when I told him that I am there with my mom for hair relaxer service, he said that is not going to work for usI was surprised to hear that, because if they knew it is not going to work why do they keep promising us and booking us further appointmentsHe started speaking of menstrual cycles, hormones, health issues and was telling me I should go for hair smoothing services and they usually talk people out of hair straightening servicesI was totally shocked to hear this, since that was the exact opposite happening to meI was convinced by that hair stylist that hair relaxer is going to work for meI patiently waited for my mom to get done with her hair treatmentI went to see the results and was totally disappointed to see my mom's hair in its worst conditionThe hair stylist said that is the best she could do and handed over a bill of $to meI did not understand why I was handed over a bill since I already paid for the service and these people never delivered me the results and thought they are trying to fix their mistakeI was for the store manager, who then arrived and very rudely told me to pay $When I was what I am being charged for since I don't see the results and my mom's hair is completely spoiledHe did not even bother looking at the resultsI kept repeating myself that I am out of $500, I do not see even a slight change with our hair, wasted our time and effort and on the top of that I am being charged instead of apologizing to usI told him to show me the contract we signed before we began the treatmentHe immediately shouted at me saying, I am not going to show you any papers, pay the money or I will call the securityAll the customer are treated politely but I was yelled and threatenedI knew, it was a racial thingI told him I will speak to his authorities and he said he would speak to them about meI was called a liar when I told him that the hair stylist promised me that I would have straight hairHe said that no one made such promises and I am making that upThere were many people in the store and I was embarrassed in front of everyone I was paid the $and left with my head downThis is not about moneyI am not looking for any refundIt is about treatment me with respectWhy do they have to lie to me and call me a liarI want to be treated as equalAll I wanted from them was a sorry and I would have left without arguingInstead they insulted me and threatened to call the securityAll I need was some empathySituations like this may seem smallSmall or big, a mistake is a mistake and I hope other people do not have to go through what I went
