Review: This company did service my cesspool feb.2014. only reason I choose this company and pay high amount because they were providing me 1 year warrany. Now after 6 month my cesspool full and got the backup so I called this company and explain problem, see the reply from company "I AM ON VACATION TILL AUGUST AND CALL ME END OF JULY"( THEY HAVE 24 SERVICE). WHEN CESSPOOL BACK UP EVERY BADY KNOWS CAN NOT WAIT 1 MONTH MIGHT BE 1OR 2 DAYS. COMPANY NOT HONOR WHAT THEY PROMISSED AND PLAY GAME WITH ME----Desired Settlement: Refund
