The Suffolk County Water Authority (SCWA) is a hostile work environment that discriminates against employees with disabilities. Then they promote the people responsible for such discrimination. Tim Kilcommons the Head Engineer had two EEOC cases against him. First in Barbara Ross v. SCWA they settled out of court right before trial for $40,000 and SCWA has an ADA violation on record. Kilcommons was then promoted from Deputy Director of Construction to Head Engineer at an over $20,000 raise. With me they tried to change my job duties when I discovered outstanding capital project suborders years old with corresponding purchases orders that has monies attached to them not completed. Also, when Kilcommons closed a well he did not do any fixed asset accounting on any of the capital infrastructure (e.g. pipes, motor's etc). Just because equipment is old does not mean it has no monetary value. This was part of my job to perform capital project completions notices and in retaliation for doing my job and making Kilcommons look inept he wanted to change my job duties to something I could not do because of my disability; instead of working with me. The Head of Human Resources Donna Mancuso did not even investigate my claim and she was subsequently awarded by equally discriminatory CEO Jeff Szabo and Chairman of the Board Jim Gaughran a $20,000 raise. The SCWA board is appointed to a term by whichever party controls the Suffolk Legislature and that needs to change. The whole SCWA Board, Tim Kilcommons Head Engineer, Jeff Szabo CEO, Donna Mancuso Head of Human Resources should be fired! The corrupt support the corrupt welcome to our democracy; yeah right!

Review: I am due a refund from over payment for $1300 dollars. I spoke to a rep from SCWA on Wednesday 4/**/15. SHe said it would be refunded WITHIN 48 hours. On Friday May *, it was not in my checking account. I called back and they stated they didnt knwo what was wrong and it should be there by the end of the day. It wasnt there at 6 PM so I called back. They told me I had to wait until Monday 5/*/15. Its Monday and no refund.Desired Settlement: refund
