Suga Foot Events and Rentals

I was recommended sugafoot for a linen rental for my reception. The total cost for the requested items for $375. At the point of getting of getting the quote and paying for deposit and balance we settled on pick up location etc. when the I started to set up and began to take the linens out the round linens were not in a box but on hangers and each of the 5 round tablecloths had grease and dirt stains. I contacted sugafoot and was told they didn't have anything that could replace them in her colors. I attempted to try to work with these linens and instead of 10 rectangle tablecloths. There was only 9 and one more round with a 6 inch while in it. At this point we can't cover 6 tables at the reception. The colors where burgundy and dark grey. So I couldn't just go out and buy replacements. In order to get all the tables covered she had to switch the color scheme a little over 24 hours from her reception. All the linens were packed up and I informed sugafoot that I would like to do a full refund of all items. Suga foot confirmed that they would do a refund via text message (Linens were picked up at 11am this all transpired before 1:30pm ) Sugafoot agreed and I tried arrange a time to return the linens. I asked if we could meet in 1 hour. About 2:30. Sugafoot said they couldnt meet and We agreed on 4:30. @1:45 Sugafoot called and said they couldn't meet at 4:30 the return was changed to 8:30 the next morning. At 8:30 I met and returned all items Sugafoot refused to refund until she counted all items. Which she said she couldn't do then. When she counted the items she didn't issue a full refund she only tried to issued a $60 refund and said '6 tables didn't mess up your event'. Suga foot refused to refund my lineup for linens I wasn't able to use and then blocked me from calling or messaging her.
