I am rejecting this response because:I am a vulnerable member of society. It should not take several attempts to communicate that I do NOT want any trespassers at my residenceIt appears that Sugami Hibachi Express is not taking my complaint seriously. This
dispute was NEVER about being removed from a “mailing list.” My primary contention is that Sugami Hibachi Express has been trespassing at my residence, and, disrespecting my rights to privacy by leaving unwanted flyers, DESPITE two (2) signs on my front door that clearly states NO SOLICITATIONS Please see attached photos. I have made clear I am NOT interested in their unwanted solicitations. There is also a “no solicitation” sign posted at the front entrance of the property Please see attached photoSugami Hibachi Express has intentionally ignored all three (3) signs. It should not be difficult to see the signs and avoid my residence When a No Solicitation sign is posted, it means no type of marketing or trespassing is welcomed.As stated in my original complaint, I sent two letters to the business owner on or about August 18, 2017, regarding my concern. On August 21, 2017, I received a call from one ***, who apologized, and, assured me it would not happen again. Yet, the business turned right around and left another unwanted flyer on my door. I am IRRITATED by Sugami Hibachi Express’ demonstrated pattern of disrespecting my privacy rights I hope it will not become necessary to SUE Sugami Hibachi Express. I am giving the business one last opportunity to get it right. Please respect my no solicitation signs, and, do NOT place any flyers on my front door. I have never disrespected their business by placing objectionable flyers on their door. Further, I have no intentions of being one of their customers because of this disputeI deserve the same respect To Revdex.com, I am very appreciative regarding your efforts in resolving my dispute Thanks so much!
