I use Procare Computer Program for Daycare CentersMy director did print her statement for but someone unauthorized voiced her March of $ and she had credit$charges showing that she had creditI told her I wanted to research and discuss this with CCDSThey varified that those charges were correctI explained to [redacted] that our deactive accounts do not show up on our active accountsI had to go in and pull itI have been in the child care industry for yearsI explained that she left on her last day oweing $As she knew what her March and April fees wereI had even left all copies of these forms for herShe picked up but stated oh well I already turned yall to the Revdex.comAs of today she has not paid her balance

I am rejecting this response because:That is not what happened at all I dropped in once again to try and get my documents when I walked in the owners daughter said here they are and I said well thanks no one ever called to let me know they were ready she said they didn't? I said no and I said I have actually already turned y'all into Revdex.com and let no one explained anything to me and if there was a balance on the account they should have had an invoice for me over a year ago since my children haven't been attending the facility in over a year at this pointI have always paid every bill on time and in fact paid in advance most of they timeTheir business is poorly ran.

varified that those charges were correct. I explained to [redacted] that our deactive accounts do not show up on our active accounts. I had to go in and pull it. I have been in the child care industry for 25 years. I explained that she left on her last day oweing $42.00. As she knew what her March and April fees were. I had even left all copies of these forms for her. She picked up but stated oh well I already turned yall to the Revdex.com. As of today she has not paid her balance.
