Well, I placed an order in November of last year (11/26) which was immediately charged to my credit cardHowever, it is now weeks later (2/3) and I have still not received itI have emailed multiple timesAt first I was told it always takes "3-weeks" to arrive, but it had been definitely been shipped on 12/Then after my next email, I was told there was a delay in shipment/delivery and to be patientThen after weeks (from the 12/date) I was told that it had been shipped and given a FAKE USPS tracking number and told that "it may sometimes take time for the website to update the tracking details but rest assured that your item has been shipped and should be delivered to you soon." That was a week ago and USPS still does not have record of that numberI'm not sure how they are aware of a delay when the tracking number does not workI sent another email a week ago and one three days ago and have not received a replyI asked for a refund, which is why I am assuming there has been no replyAssuming I still receive no reply from the company, I suppose my next steps will be to contact my credit card company and figure out how to file formal complaints

I have not impressed with this company at allThey were having a sale and several items were cheaper than so we decided to order a couple thingsHeads up almost everything is much cheaper than it appears it would have beenWe ordered two rings and watches and they were very cheap lookingAlso it took FOREVER for everything to get hereI placed my order almost months ago and one piece is still missingThe company has done well answering my emails about finding my things, but I was told in December my last item shipped and it is still not here(I have emailed and was replied that I was being forwarded to someone else.)
I am writing this review because I was worried about ordering from this unknown company in the first place and want to tell others to be careful as wellI am glad that everything we ordered was "free" or "marked down" because these items are not worth the little bit that I paid

Then after my next email, I was told there was a delay in shipment/delivery and to be patient. Then after 6 weeks (from the 12/10 date) I was told that it had been shipped and given a FAKE USPS tracking number and told that "it may sometimes take time for the website to update the tracking details but rest assured that your item has been shipped and should be delivered to you soon." That was a week ago and USPS still does not have record of that number. I'm not sure how they are aware of a delay when the tracking number does not work. Do not order from this company! It's probably a scam! I ordered something on December 13, 2016 and it shipped on December 24, 2016. The website says it can take up to 3-5 weeks. It's been 6 and a half weeks and I still have not received my package! I emailed customer support twice and I've given them 6 business days to respond when the email says they will respond WITHIN 2 business days, and no one has responded to me at all (and there is nothing in my spam folder!) I'm really unimpressed with this whole operation and I will be contacting my credit card company and reporting them for fraud!! Really unprofessional!
