We did receive a call from this customer the next day telling us this storyIn speaking to our driver he stated that he was not driving fast and that the customer told him where to drop them offWe inspected the truck and the seat belts were in proper working orderWhen our driver dropped off the
customer they thanked him for his service and had nothing bad to say

I am rejecting this response because:
The driver dropped us where he did because he was planning on dropping us off even further from our home. I am disabled and we were carrying 3 bags of beekeeping equipment. As far as his speed, I was not alone in that truck. We said goodby and my husband told him "You're a hell of a driver." Sean must have taken this as a compliment and it wasn't. The seatbelt would not adjust in the middle to an adult size and as I was bounced around both my husband and I tried to lengthen it but it would not budge. While I am not tiny, I am the same size as most women my age. Go and try adjust the seatbelt if you dont believe me and go ahead and ask my husband about the drive here. I have NEVER made a complaint against a business in my 57 years on this planet so I must be VERY offended to take the trouble for this when I can see very clearly these people will not be consequenced. Let me know when you close this case please so that I can continue to pursue this legally. Since I had this happen, every person I know from [redacted] told me they would push their car before they would let Belltown Motors touch it.
