The customer agreed to have her father, as her representative, meet with Mrs*** at the home for templateAt the time of template, Mrs*** was in contact with both the customer and her father, who was incapable of answering any questions pertaining to the jobNeither of them mentioned that
the customer wanted the drsink that she supplied to be mounted underneath the countertop; Mrs*** picked it up for transport to our shop at the time of templateMrs*** did contact the customer via text message, which the customer replied to, in order to confirm the measurements to which the customer has already stated she agreedOnce contacted to inform her of her installation date, the customer did not attempt to reschedule around her work scheduleShe did ask for a later date specifically because her corbels hadn't been installed yet, but that was easily dealt with using temporary braces to support the countertop until the corbels could be installedThe customer's paperwork at the shop will only indicate that the customer has supplied their own sink if they did not purchase the sink through Sugar Grove MarbleTypically, customers opt for an under-mount sink regardless of where they purchase it, so it is commonplace for holes to be drilled to accommodate faucets and accessoriesWhen the assistant called for the number of holes to drill, it was because the drnature of the sink was not indicatedOnce the job was fabricated, it was obvious that no holes needed to be drilled since the sink that the customer supplied was a drop-inMrs*** made appropriate adjustments to the job specifications which the customer clearedThe customer never asked for a sample to match to backsplash and so one was never brought, but Sugar Grove Marble is willing to supply the sample when we send our installers back out to ensure that everything, including the drsink, is securely mountedAll correspondence between the homeowner and Mrs*** is recorded in written text and will be submitted if necessary
