Received e-mail from Mike *** at Sugar Loaf Ford, indicating issue was resolved within hours of receipt of complaint

Mr *** verified that issue has been resolved to his
satisfaction
About same time, dealership forwarded e-mail Mr *** had sent to them, acknowledging resolution of issue:
"I want to reach back out to both of you and sincerely thank you for resolving the problem with my explorerI am not one to complain but felt it was very necessary this timeIt is very nice to have heat in my vehicle again the way it was beforeIt was definitely the heater blend actuator that was causing all the problemsThe thermostat was questionable as it made no difference after replacementI really appreciate your follow up and taking action to resolve thisIt does not go unnoticed it is very very much appreciated againIt was not my intent to upset anyone or get anyone in trouble I was just searching for the resolution to the problem
As notification to you I did reach out to the Revdex.com and Federal Trade Commission yesterday because of the frustration level and I apologizeI will reach out to them and notify them this has been resolvedThank you again and I hope you both have a great weekend

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
First of all. The actual usage bill was paid in full in January. I just wasn't aware that service had been disconnected when payment was made via PHONE. The amount paid was more than the amount owed at time of disconnect. So please reply with the amount due on date if disconnect and amount received. I'm sure you will see the amount difference was another months payment. IN FULLSecond point. Please show documentation(this is  2nd written request by me)  where I was notified and agreed in writing about the way you scam customers by charging them for a entire year after discontinued service  whether it be by either party. I have no contract!!  I can't imagine that this is legal
