Please see the attached Final Account Statement, Apex invoice, and Letter written to Mr& Mrs [redacted] on 5/7/The management team we currently have in place was not here when the [redacted] ' moved out in 2012, therefore the only thing we can go off of is the paperwork in their fileThe Final Account Statement shows a charge for the final apex bill and rent of $The letter written by the manager at that time, [redacted] , shows it was sent on 5/7/with payment due by 5/17/The letter also states if payment or contact is not made by 5/17/the account would be turned over to a collection agencyIt was turned over on 6/15/Please note there was no retuned mail in their file stating the address was incorrect and returned to usThe [redacted] ' should have received this paperwork via mail

The letter written by the manager at that time, [redacted], shows it was sent on 5/7/12 with payment due by 5/17/14. The letter also states if payment or contact is not made by 5/17/12 the account would be turned over to a collection agency. It was turned over on 6/15/12.
