This is a horrible company, and I wish I had checked Revdex.com before ordering from them to see their "F" rating!
I placed an order on December 21st and they didn't ship it until December 29th, making it impossible to arrive by my nedate When I contacted them, they did not care at all and weren't willing to do anything to help get the package to me in time, despite contacting them before they had shipped itTheir response times are also horrible and I have yet to receive a response from an e-mail I sent days agoNEVER will I order from this company again!!
I have ordered from this store several times and have never had a problem. I order off the internet since I live on the west coast. I don't know why either there are so many negative reviews on them. I will be ordering from them again. The help I receive via e-mail has been nothing but good. Would love to visit the store in person.
I ordered from Sugarcraft approximately 6 months ago and that initial experience wasnt great but not terrible. I thought Id give them another try so I just placed an order on 9-14. I was aware it could take 1-4 days to leave the warehouse in OH so I paid $16 to have it shipped 2 day from USPS. (Mind you my order was only around $20) I had asked if it was at all possible that I receive my package by the 19th, should have been totally possible) I received an email from [redacted] in customer service stating if I wanted to do a rush it would cost an extra $5. No thank you. Then I receive an email from UPS (NOT USPS) on 9-17 stating it was shipped ground and would not be delivered until 9-23. That is not the company or the shipping I paid $16 for. I emailed them right away asking for help and got no response. I emailed again today (9-18) again explaining that did not ship the way I had paid for and I wanted some form of response. I finally get an email stating they changed my shipping because USPS would have charged double. How is that my problem? They are not willing to do anything to make this right and I will NEVER order from them again. Seems like a shipping scam to me! My order will not be here until 9-23 at earliest when the latest I paid for was 9-20.
