I ordered from Sugarcraft approximately months ago and that initial experience wasnt great but not terribleI thought Id give them another try so I just placed an order on 9-I was aware it could take 1-days to leave the warehouse in OH so I paid $to have it shipped day from USPS(Mind you my order was only around $20) I had asked if it was at all possible that I receive my package by the 19th, should have been totally possible) I received an email from [redacted] in customer service stating if I wanted to do a rush it would cost an extra $No thank youThen I receive an email from UPS (NOT USPS) on 9-stating it was shipped ground and would not be delivered until 9-That is not the company or the shipping I paid $forI emailed them right away asking for help and got no responseI emailed again today (9-18) again explaining that did not ship the way I had paid for and I wanted some form of responseI finally get an email stating they changed my shipping because USPS would have charged doubleHow is that my problem? They are not willing to do anything to make this right and I will NEVER order from them againSeems like a shipping scam to me! My order will not be here until 9-at earliest when the latest I paid for was 9-
