After having other pool services cleaning my pool, I was not happy with the service

The owner was very nice and very straight forward with everything. The entire job took about a day. They were all prepared for the job and we're able to finish earlier than expected. There wasn't much of a mess that they left behind had my whole pool recemented. Was very impressed with how well they did they job and how it finished. Sugarmill Woods Pool & Spa contracted with us to install brick pavers around pool & deck area. They came promptly to honor our request for installation before a large family event. The crew (non-English-speaking) worked hastily; but left on Friday afternoon leaving their personal garbage in our yard, & left the work area covered with a mess of their work debris, plus various details of damaged installations. The owner came by just before they had left, & required payment of full balance of large bill. We expected in good faith that his workers would return after the weekend to complete & correct their shoddy unfinished tasks. After waiting for some weeks, (we were occupied with out-of-town guests), we sent the business owner a descriptive complaint of dissatisfaction with unfinished work, for which we had unfortunately already paid. We were pleasantly surprised at owner's immediate response of readiness to correct all problems as soon as possible. He and father (partner) came directly to our home to assess situation.
He stayed in telephone contact with us, and within a few days, a highly qualified & courteous worker came to undo, correct, & perfect all problem areas that had been improperly left. In conclusion, our severe & valid initial disappointment with hiring this business was reversed, as the owner took full final responsibility to complete an exceptional job with the utmost of care & courtesy. We recommend them, assuming that it was a good learning experience for them and for us.

Moved into Sugarmill woods a couple of years ago and continued to use previous owners pool company. I developed skin irritations and got very sick..My neighbor told me to call SMW Pool and Spa.. They did some type of test and saw the water was polluted..It took a few treatments and my pool was GORGEOUS and I didn't have the rash and itch, scaling and no more skin irritations...Thank you soooo much Sugarmill Woods pool and spa and thank God my neighbor was here for me to reccomend them

We have been very satisfied with this service since we moved here. Prices are competitive. The employees are very respectful and helpful. We never have a problem contacting them when we have questions. We receive prompt responses. Wish more businesses were like that.
