I am rejecting this response because: There has been no resolutionAlso he failed to mention the consistent text messages that grew my frustrationI would like my air working as the weather is warmer nowI spent almost $and have nothing to show for itAlso It was NOT a requirement to have the Ac recharged at the time therefore I did not have Suggs to do the work .plus service was very unprofessional and I would rather have someone else do the additional work.As far as FB goes I have the right to give my opinion on my experience at his shop be it negative or positiveI am unaware of anyone else's actions on social media that may have negative remarks about his companyI just want my car fixed as a customer that has already paid I deserve that

I am a small business owner/ sole proprietor that does auto repair, an have been in business for over 10 years with no formal complaints.  On February 10th, 2017 [redacted]'s vehicle was left for me to make an assessment on what was making noise from her engine compartment.  I then advised...

[redacted] that her air compressor was bad as it was locking up and shredding the belt.  I gave her an estimate on a compressor in town as well as an estimate on charging the a/c to make sure everything was operating properly.  She felt as though the part was too much so I gave her the option of a used compressor from the salvage yard or the option for us to order a new one online, in which she chose for me to order one online however declined for her a/c to be charged to make sure the compressor was working properly, as she was worried more about the noise and the belt coming off and potentially leaving her stranded.  I then told her as she has been to my shop before that I do require money for parts up front and labor is paid when the vehicle is picked up (a policy I have as a small business owner).  She then informed me that she would have to put it on her credit card, in which I then let her know that there is a 3% convenience fee, as many small business owner use as a practice.  As small businesses we don't process that many credit cards.  [redacted] still chose to use her credit card versus going to get cash or write a check. I then ordered the part and when it came in I installed it and let her know her vehicle was complete.   On May 11th [redacted] contacted me stating that she was trying to get the a/c charged at Firestone and they could not get the compressor clutch to engage.  I let her know that I would look into the warranty provided by the parts supplier.  After an email to the parts company I finally spoke with someone on May 15th. At that time they informed me of two possible options,  the first being the customer must pay a $150 deposit to the parts supplier and they will send out a new part. After they receive the part that was defective a refund of the deposit would be issued to the customer.  The second being that the customer drop off their vehicle and I remove the part and send it in and when the part supplier receives the defective part they will send out a new one, this option causes the vehicle to sit for approximately a week. In both options I offered to install the part at no cost.  I then provided [redacted] with those options in which she wasn't pleased and ultimately declined and told me that she would be contacting her attorney.  [redacted] then began to make defaming post on my Facebook business account. My Facebook admin blocked her from the page.  [redacted] then enlisted a couple of her friends who began making libel post on my Facebook business ads as well.  Neither of them have been a customer of my shop.   I am a family owned business trying to make a living for my family.  My focus is customer satisfaction in order to build a great relationship with the community as a great businessman.  My intent at Suggs Auto is to provide repairs to those who either cant afford the big chains/ dealers or for those who are conscious about their spending.  I have worked for American dealers for over 12 years as well as having a  Automotive Technician diploma.  With that experience my goal is to help those in need make repairs on their vehicle at a fraction of the cost of other repair facilities.  As a sole proprietor business owner I have given [redacted] the only options that I was given by the supplier, along with free installation for the inconvenience.      [redacted] Suggs [email protected] ###-###-####
