I have researched [redacted] and located her files Ms [redacted] first order our product on April 27, she paid $shipping charges for a 14day trial Under our Terms and Conditions, this is a 14day trial and if not cancelled by the 14th day, which she did not call or email, she was charged full price $91.36, for the product She was enrolled in a monthly subscription on 6/was shipped a second bottle for $91.36Ms [redacted] called customer service department on June to cancel her subscription She was offered a 35% refund on the second bottle and 50% but declined She make threats of Revdex.com and disconnected the call Because she has our product, she was give a full refund on June of $for the second bottle sent.Because we do not refund on product over days oldCustomer Service

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do not have a copy of the original offer but feel very confident that these "terms" of a day trial and enrollment into a monthly program were not made clear I did not "disconnect" the call with the company or hang up on them I merely refused their bribe of a 35- 50% discount to not call the Revdex.com Again, what kind of company does this? THen they told me that they could "pay off" the Revdex.com??? I have their unopened product and will gladly return for a full refund This was refused by the company, which I find unacceptable

I contacted this company via email long before the trial period ended They provided no response to my request to cancel When I did call the claimed to have emailed me backThey also claim that they sent me email messages regarding the refunds they were offering I have never received any email from this company I have checked my spam folder and there is nothing there either I have also received no confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled I have never had so much trouble receiving information from any company before Their lack of communication and failure to respond to me are a complete frustration Their crooked way of doing business with nothing provided by them in writing and only accepting phone calls is just ridiculous In addition, their products do nothing that they claim they are supposed to do They are overpriced and truly worthless I would like to receive a full refund of my money I contacted them in good faith to cancel any subscriptions and they did not respond to that request
