Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI do not have a copy of the original offer but feel very confident that these "terms" of a day trial and enrollment into a monthly program were not made clear I did not "disconnect" the call with the company or hang up on them I merely refused their bribe of a 35- 50% discount to not call the Revdex.com Again, what kind of company does this? THen they told me that they could "pay off" the Revdex.com??? I have researched [redacted] and located her files.  Ms [redacted] first order our product on April 27, she paid $4.95 shipping charges for a 14day trial.  Under our Terms and Conditions, this is a 14day trial and if not cancelled by the 14th day, which she did not call or email, she was...

charged full price $91.36, for the product.  She was enrolled in a monthly subscription on 6/6 was shipped a second bottle for $91.36Ms. [redacted] called customer service department on June 10 to cancel her subscription.  She was offered a 35% refund on the second bottle and 50% but declined.  She make threats of Revdex.com and disconnected the call.  Because she has our product, she was give a full refund on June 10 of $91.36 for the second bottle sent.

I am enclosing a copy of the website page where Ms. [redacted] has to check the box agreeing to our terms and conditions.  It is clearly stated what she will be charged.Also our records indicate Ms. [redacted] ordered and received our C2M Mobile Vitamin C Serum Special Offer  for the amount of $24.95. Ms. [redacted] 14-day trial ended on September 9th, 2016 and she was billed the full priced. Our Customer Satisfaction Team has reviewed the information you sent us and have found that Ms. [redacted] originally ordered on August 30,16, at 02:31 pm the trial Skin Anti-Aging Products.  It is clearly stated in our "Terms and Conditions" that this is a 14day trail and the customer must call to cancel or they will be charged the full price of $91.36 for the product they received plus be automatically enrolled in our membership program and product will be shipped every 30 days. I am enclosing a copy of the website page where Ms. Padgett has to check the box agreeing to our terms and conditions.  It is clearly stated what she will be charged.
Ms. [redacted]’s 14-day trial ended on September 13th, 2016 and she was billed the full price and was enrolled in our membership program. On October 9,2016 her next shipment was sent out because she never called to cancel her membership.
There is no notes indicating Ms. [redacted] called in until her next bottle was shipped on October 9th,2016 in which time Ms. [redacted] did call to complain and ask for a full refund. Our notes do indicate Ms. [redacted] was given a full refund “10/13/2016 12:16pm By [redacted] M. - PI Live - Refunded - $91.36 Trans-ID: [redacted]” this refund can take several days to reflect back on her CC statements.
