The specified suits ordered did not show as promised for a Wedding.My Wedding was October 18, 2014. When the groomsmen went in to be fitted for the suits selected. We were told it would not be a problem for getting the suits. A week prior to our wedding, the groom, the best man and the hardest fit groomsman did not have the suits selected. My wedding coordinator went in and the district mgr. ([redacted]) assured her; he would go into the warehouse and find the suits because they were in the warehouse. He told the coordinator to have us come in after 1pm. When we arrived, no one wanted to resolve this problem, including the owner [redacted]. I must emphasize this was at the[redacted] location where this problem took place. Because we could not wait any longer, my now husband had to pick out another suit, had to pay more than expected and the store refused to honor the price of the first selected suit. The coordinator had to pick another suit for the hard fitted groomsman and my entire wedding party (men) had mixed suits. I was very dissatisfied with the unprofessionalism from the owner, district manager and sales associates. Desired SettlementI feel that each person who purchased a suit from suits u; should receive a percentage back for all the trouble received about the suits. I feel like the best man and my husband should get the difference of the amount they had to pay due to the incompetence of the owner ([redacted]); which I might add started the process for our wedding party and due to the stress caused and not having our suits delivered in a timely manner. My coordinator told us this was not the first time she has encountered problems with their company and she has advised her 2015 grooms to change venues if they are considering them; due to their unprofessionalism at that specific store location. The groom's and the best man's original package price was about $ 300.00. [redacted] gave the entire package for $ 200.00. Rest of the wedding party's package price was $170.00 which we dropped down to $140.00. Everyone including the groom and the best man was fully satisfied and content and everything was resolved. We informed the groom and the best man, when they came by again, about the letter of complaint we had received from Revdex.com regarding the situation, they were completely dumbfounded. They said that they were completely satisfied by the way the whole issue was handled and they were happy with the discount given to everyone to make up for the inconvenience caused the company sending us the wrong suits. Therefore, please take into account the fact that entire situation was handled in a swift and professional manner and the solution provided was to the complete satisfaction of the groom, the best man and rest of the wedding party. And also, please note that was we have already provided the desired resolution asked for in the letter even before the original complaint was filed.
