I am rejecting this response because: I bought the truck on 6/28/Took the truck to *** *** in Jackson on 6/29/[where tires were bought] to rotate, was told front brake pads and rotors were bad very bad, almost metal to metal 1/64" pad left, $496.15 also the Idler arm needed replacement, it was Never Greased, $Also went to *** *** and auto in Valley Springs, on 6/30/17. the same work was $510.60 Called auto zoomon 6/30/they sad "owner not in call back in or weeks, and he would take care of it" Called on 7/17/and 7/24/17 and or times moreAfter weeks they sent a check for $100.00 The scratches started to show up the First time I washed it, AND MORE SHOWED EVER TIME I WASHED ITA friend said not to complain for or moas more things will show upEver part of this truck has scratches all fenders all doors the hood, the tail gate!!! I know I am not going to get any money that is not my point, it is to warn people about this business. I still don't a factory jack to jack up the car with, and the leather seats like the rest they are showing cracks all over. I filled a "Record of Complaint Form" Form 172A with the D M V and will call *** * ** *** *** channel 7, They expose people like thisI am not going to stop I will talk about this place to my grave or theirs, hope theirs is first
