Sukhi Bath Motors is like an addiction, they normally just deal with people with bad credit and try their best to get them approved through high interest lendersThis addiction dealer squeezed every drop of victim's credit and once approved, victim is stuck for their life and has no choice but to come back time to time basis and get squeezed again...these kind of addiction dealership should be black listed and shouldnt be able to opperate in our community

Hi I bought a car from these guys which I thought was getting a decent deal on a Sentra....the car supposition had factory warranty when car went to dealer...the dealer told me warranty is voided...plus I found out most of there newer model cars are ex rentals from Alberta...I have had numerou problems they told me they would fix it and ended up taking brand new tires off my car and telling me it's my problem...before I came to this dealer I had a Honda Accord with 300km in better shape driving shape then my so called newer car...never buy a car here[redacted]

If there are any car dealerships that give other dealerships a bad rap then Sukhi Bath Motors is easily the poster childI have never had a negative experience with a business as bad as Sukhi Bath and it should be noted that their customer service, moral ethics and business ethics are completely repulsive and reprehensible
I bought my vehicle from Sukhi Bath Motors roughly two months agoI had an idea of the vehicle that I wanted to get and they just happened to have one in their lotI took the car for a test drive and I told the sales advisor that I was happy with it but I was still unsure about purchasing the vehicleThe reason I was unsure was because the vehicle had a lot of scratches on the exterior but he guaranteed me that it could be taken care of with no additional costsAll I had to do was make an appointment after the purchaseI asked if there were any issues with the car and they said none and they even showed me an inspection checklist pertaining to the work done to the car during the previous six monthsI proceed to fill out the paperwork and voila, the car was mine
Immediately when I was driving home (the same day) I could smell burning rubberI pull over, get out of my car and I noticed that that my driver's-side front tire became smokeyUpon closer inspection, I realized that they had put significantly smaller tires on the front side of my vehicle compared to the backsideThis inevitably caused a lot of uneven wear, hence the smokeI called the sales manager the next day and told him what happened and he told me he would fix the problemSince I had to already bring my car in already, I asked him if he could get his detailing department to work on the exterior since they were going to work on the tires -- he agreed
I got my car back a day later with brand new tiresI was happy and at the time I thought it was an honest mistake so I just let that incident slideI thought I handled it pretty well even though I already ran into problems only a couple hours after I purchased my vehicleUnfortunately, the scratches were not removed because they ran out of timeThat was understandable so I made another appointment a couple days later to get it doneWhen I proceeded to pick up my car after the subsequent appointment I had made, I noticed that no work was done at allAll that was done was a car wash but all the superficial scratches were still thereAt this point I was furious and I proceeded to tell the advisor what a joke it was with all his broken promisesHe ended up getting mad at me as well because he already "did me a favour" by giving me a new set of tiresThis went on for a while but cooler heads prevailed and ultimately he told me to bring it back and they would clean it up this timeThey removed the scratches during the next appointment and I thought that would be the end of themWrong
A couple of weeks ago I was driving my car to work until I realized something was wrong with the vehicleThe power of the car dropped substantially and would not go over 2,RPM no matter how hard I hit the gas pedalA hazard light came on not too long after (something I have never seen before) so I decided to pull over and turn off my car for minutesDuring that time I went on Google and troubleshooted the meaning behind the hazard lightLong story short, my car went into "limp mode" so that it could not inflict further damageEverywhere I read told me to bring it to a dealership ASAPI turned my car back on and made it to workHowever, when I got to the parking lot, the power dropped again and the light came back onI called the dealership and told them I was going to get the car towed over there and asked them to look into itI even told the sales advisor what the problem(s) could possibly to make their jobs a little easier
A couple days passed and I got a call saying my car was ready to be picked upNOTHING was done to my carThe story I was told was that mechanics took the car for a drive and could not figure out what was wrong with itI was pretty livid at that point because I felt like they did not even lookDuring this conversation the service manager (horrible one at that) told me to trade the car and I would only be losing a couple thousand on itI refused, so he brought me to talk to one of his mechanicsI was so turned off by the mechanic's attitude that I just took my keys and leftI brought my car to the Fountain Tire across the street and after days they found what the problem wasEssentially, there was just something that was really dirty that led to the car's computer malfunctioningAll they charged me was labour for a whopping $350, opposed to trading my car in and losing thousands
Maybe change the slogan on your wall to "Losing customers - one lie at a time"It absolutely blows my mind how some of your "advisors" can go to work deceiving people that CHOOSE to come to YOUR BUSINESS from their hard earned money

I went to sushi bath motors. First it's false advertisement. Everyone's not approved. He passed my personal information on to another company. Salesman n sushi bath personally lies through their teeth.

Bad customer service [redacted] I would suggest everyone that please don't ripped off your hardly earn money. They say something when selling vehicle and when time come to pay off there are lots of hidden charges we bought car two year got in house finance we were told that you can pay off any no charge but when we went to pay off our loan only 1500 was paid off they come up with lots of charge which were not disclosed at the time of loan

Please think twice before do any business with them
