On three separate occasions, *** Properties "accidentally" turned off my water Water is included in my rent *** Properties has admitted in writing that all instances were the fault of *** Properties staff My property address was included in error, on a list to terminate water services THREE TIMES IN LESS THAN A YEAR!!! I wasn't able to shower, brush my teeth, or flush my toilets The first two times this happened, I had to go to their office in person to be acknowledged My calls and voicemails were being ignored The third time I wrote them, as I believe having things in writing from them is the only way to hold them accountable Again, THREE different times in less than a year this has happened Their violation of lease terms has affected my rights and privelages as a tenant Another time, my oven broke I called tenant services and maintenance, only to be called over a week later By then, I fixed the problem at my own expense I didn't even bother trying to get them to pay the bill, since repairs have to be approved Them not calling for over a week makes it hard to get approval They are terrible Read all of the complaints on ***, and others I would encourage you to do business with a company that responds quickly to correspondence, and respects tenant rights
Stay away!!! They will screw you over for hundreds of dollarsLook up the reviews for this company before using themWe done everything we could to dispute the charges and nothing
My poor experience started the day I looked at the propertyIn hindsight I wish I would have kept looking but didn'tWe settled on some small improvements the house needed, had been a recent foreclosure and was bought for very littleWithin the first months I had plumbing issues that no one could fix, it finally overflowed and dropped the ceiling downstairsIt took waste backing up into the showers and the ceiling to fall for the plumbing to be fixedSome time passed *** dealt with some billing issues, to this date are not fixed which is well over a year laterLease renewals were not sent, household maintenance problems not fixedNow I have a roof leak for over months with the ceiling in poor shape and black growth showingI cant get a call or email back, and my account is locked out to make a rent payment so now it will be behind!
Regardless of their rent price, or the face you meet there please heed this review as a warningI'm sure not all experience's have been bad, but I have had some many so consistantly I can't see otherwise
