I am rejecting this response because:
To start, I have not heard from Sulekha (or any other company) since filing my complaint with the Revdex.com on February 10, 2014.
Sulekha is responsible for reimbursing me. The email confirmation (the one with the time error) came directly from them, no other company (please see attached). As a "platform" they are responsible for checking event times before mis-informing customers.
I also attached a copy of the tickets I received at the venue so that you can see the discrepancy in times.
It seems that Sulkeha is covering up its error by blaming a third party (which they neglected to name or specify in their response).
