SulfurSoap.com

Ordered product and got a confirmation email and credit card charged almost immediately. Email said it was processed but I never received a shipped email, that was almost a month ago. I've emailed this company and called multiple times. They still have yet to respond. I think this company is a scam.

I contacted SulferSoap.com to return some unopened, unused product. They gave me instructions and the address to send the items back to. I promptly sent the items back as instructed. Weeks later, I checked the tracking for my package, and it was marked as 'undelivered'... and still sitting at their post office. They didn't even bother to pick up or open my package. Needless to say, NO refund!!! Further, I've sent probably more than 20 emails, and have made over 20 phone calls to try to reach customer service over the past week or so, and there is absolutely NO response. Their website says that customer service is their #1 priority. Cleary, this is just not the case. I'm very, very disappointed in the integrity (or lack thereof) of this company.
The post office said the product may eventually be sent back to me... so then I'll be stuck with it (and no refund), even though the company assured me that I would receive a refund (even giving me instructions about how to send the product back, etc.).
