I said several times I did not what it and they did it anywaysThis completely brakes the patriot actI called the credit card company and they were appailed and said it was going to be investigatedThis dealership is running a scam tricking people into thisThey seriously opened it without my approval! And it completely went through because the credit card company contacted me! Again they approached me at the dealership about the credit card and I made it crystal clear that I was not interested and would not be opening anything with themThey prayed on a young single mom who entered the store with her month old daughter just for an oil changeAnd now my credit score has gone down greatly because of itThis is absord and completely inexcusable Regards, [redacted]

We have review the purchase of Ms [redacted] 's deal Sorry for the delay, but her name was [redacted] when she purchased the vehicle in 2016As part of a used car purchase at Sullivan Bros Nissan, each customer is given a 3/36,mile pre-paid maintenance plan for oil changes at 6,mile inervals The first oil change she had done, she had performed here at Sullivan Brosand we absorbed any cost adjustment However, it appears that she had the next done at another dealership, who is not required to extend the service at the price the coupon pays If Ms [redacted] could forward to me the copies of the oil changes she had done and was billed an additional amountof money, I will be happy to reimburse her As for the next she is entitled toI have a call into our JMA rep to see what we can do to convert the plan so she will not have any issues I cannot promise that will be able to happenBut lets start with getting her reimbursed for her out of pocket expenses thus far, and I will work on our Rep ***

Thank you for providing a copy of one of the repair ordersI have reviewed the document and have issued a check to Ms [redacted] in the amount of 72.56based on the copy she sent, she was required to pay an additional over the coupon value and as she had done , I reimbursed her for both As I stated in my original response, I have reached out to our JMA representative who is helping with the issue of the remaining free oil changes remaining.I hope to have that resolved in the next day or two, in the meantime, the check will go out in tomorrows mail***

We have reviewed Ms [redacted] deal Ms [redacted] was leasing a [redacted] at the time she came to Sullivan Bros The vehicle had recently been damaged, and she wanted to get out of the [redacted] and into something larger Since we were not trading the car and therefore not paying it off, the damage to the car and remaining payments had to be addressed Ms [redacted] ageed to paying to have the damage repaired prior to returning the car to NILT and had opted to make her remaining payments herself The vehicle was repaired and returned to NILT, there was no payoff involved There is nothing on the purchase and sale,on the "due Bill" or any other piece of paper showing the vehicle was to be traded and paid off, or that Sullivan Bros was participating in payments.If Ms [redacted] would like to send us a copy of the End of Lease Liability statement she received from NILT, we can review it and perhaps assist her with the amount due [redacted] ***

Due to privacy laws, we are unable to close the credit card account that was opened In speaking to the sales people involved and reviewing the signed documents, it appears the customer was aware of the credit card I do have calls into [redacted] inquiring as to what if any effect this has had on her credit

We have been in contact with the customer regarding her complaint We have proposed a resolution and she had asked to discuss the proposal with her family before going furtherwe hope to have a resolution acceptable to her very soon

As we have stated before The customer was reimbursed for any and all funds put on deposit for the vehicle We have written to [redacted] to find out if any impact on her credit score

After reviewing customers concern and dealership documents It clear to the dealer that the customer was aware of the $due at time of delivery. As customer has stated she signed a purchase and sales agreement clearly stating cash due. This document was not minimized on a computer
screen as the customer suggests but an actual legal binding paper contractDealer will not remove the payment request and will persue action in small claims court

I tried to do this before and it disappeared. I am rejecting the offer as it does not satisfy my needs. The business complained that they didn't make money on my car. This not my fault, as they told me they would give me $5,for my *** and if they hadn't done that I wouldn't have gone along with the Lease. I wound up paying way too much for this ***. I gave them my car $5,000, I gave them $3, for taxes and $4,000in a credit card. This is $12,altogether. I am paying $and $each month - that is 437.38. I feel that I was an year old woman that was in a frail condition and that I was taken advantage of by an agency that finagled with the funds to make the Lease work to their advantage !! I hope someone can help me !! They told me the morning after I signed the Lease that my car had been sold and that I couldn't get out of the Lease and I wouldn't have a car !! Please Help Me !!the funds to make a Lease work to their advantage - not mine !!

tried to call *** *** at the Auto Mall. I reached a person named *** who told me that *** was busy with a customer. When I gave him my name and number he disconnected me. I have found that the price of the car on the lease was elevated way beyond the sticker price shown for the car. Also the mileage on the odometer of the car was between 4,and 5,miles. The mileage shown on the mileage receipt is miles. I am very disappointed with these findings . They took my car and gave me $5,for it , then I paid an additional $3,plus they opened a *** credit card (unbeknown to me) for $4,000. That's $12,more than I should have paid. Consequently, I am paying $a month for a car that should be around $250. I feel that Sullivan BrosAuto Mall took advantage of an year old grieving widow at a time when I needed their assistance

*** *** has reached out to Mrs *** to try to resolve her issues. the way the deal was structured, Mrs *** was given a trade allowance for her ***, however, the vehicle has a NADA VALUE of about 1600.00 , we actually sold it to a wholesaler for 1500.00. The difference was an over allowance on the deal. In addition, her entire down payment did not go directly to the cap cost reduction, as Maine requires Sales tax to be paid up front, so went directly to the State of Maine for sales and use tax. The cost of the vehicle also included the required up front excise tax payment to the State of Maine of 822.36 We have offered to pay her car payment for months which would be x = 2384.28, which she has refused, in an effort to resolve this case, we will rescind our original offer, and instead offer a lump sum of 4000.00. We look forward to hearing from Mrs ***

Yes, I'm in possession of the carAnd no the transaction was not completedI stopped things immediately but they still processed the credit card in my nameAnd I am still dealing with the credit card company trying to get it shut down and credit score back to what it was

I have reviewed the complaint, and have spoken to our service department As far as we know, the customers were already informed that they were free to have their vehicle repaired anywhere they choose.They did purchase a JM&A Extended warranty P*** a year / 60k plan
What ever shop is going to do the work would need to call ###-###-#### - to get prior authorization for covered repairs.If the repair needed is not covered under their extended service contract, the cost of the repair would be the sole responsibility of the customer.*** ***

I never signed anything saying I wanted the credit card and made that crystal clearThe only thing I gave them persmission for was to run my credit score to see if I qualified for another lease with no co-signer on my ownSo if they lied and told me that’s what I was signing and really had me sign something else then this dealership did more then just manipulate meThey were predators on a young single mother who had her young infant with herI told these men I did not feel comfortable signing anything and they verbally assured me of which I needed to sign which they had explained was my credit checkA signature for the $they asked me to put down in good faith that they would refund me back the next dayA signature for ending my old leaseI made it very very clear to several of them that I would not be opening a credit cardThese men literally prayed on a young femaleAnd it’s disgusting the better Revdex.com doesn’t see anything wrong with this situation.

On August 1, 2016 Mr. [redacted] leased a 2016 [redacted] and traded in a 2013 [redacted] which had a payoff due to [redacted] Bank.  As per our agreement with Mr. [redacted], we sent a certified check to [redacted] in the amount of 18020.00 to pay his vehicle off in full.  [redacted] then...

released the electronic Massachusetts title to us.  Mr. [redacted] executed a lease agreement for the 2016 [redacted] for 36 months at 572.38 per month.  No conversations regarding bringing the car back in 30 days took place. There should be no derogatory credit report on the [redacted] transaction

The customer did enter into a purchase and sale agreement to lease a 2017 Nissan Rogue.  From what I can see, the purchase and sale says 39 months at 329.00 per month, with Sullivan Bros taking care of 7 of her remaining payments of 235.03 = 1645.21Ms. [redacted] put down a 500.00 deposit on her...

credit card on 8-19-17  and that was refunded in full on  8-21-17
