I assume Mr [redacted] spoke directly to our service department and the repair order was re-invoiced 10/30/for 354.61he needs only to come in and pay for the repair

DEALER REP [redacted] HAS SPOKEN TO CUSTOMER ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS DEALER REP INVITED CUSTOMER TO COME TO DEALERSHIP AND MEET WITH DEALER GENERAL MANAGER TO REVIEW PAPERWORK AND ADDRESS ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS CUSTOMER MAY HAVE ORIGINALLY CUSTOMER AGREED TO MEET WITH DEALER MANAGER SHORTLY AFTER CUSTOMERS HUSBAND GOT ON THE PHONE AND WAS YELLING AND SWEARING AT DEALER REP AT THIS TIME CUSTOMER DECLINED TO MEET UPON REVIEWING CUSTOMERS CONCERN DEALER REP PAID CREDIT CARD AMOUNT AS A GOODWILL GESTURE DEALER IS STILL OPEN TO MEET AND REVIEW ANY PAPERWORK WITH CUSTOMER DEALER GENERAL MANAGER ALSO CONTACTED CUSTOMER 3-21-TO OFFER ASSISTANCE AND CUSTOMER REQUESTED THAT DEALER NOT CONTACT HER AGAINDEALER WILL RESPECT CUSTOMERS PRIVACY

We made multiple offers to the customer, all of which he refused Back in June, he disputed the credit card charges, and we did not challenge the dispute, therefore he got his which is what he originally wanted At the time, I called because of how it happened and was told that as long as he confirmed he got the this case would be all set In the interim, my email has been and still is messed up, and emails from Revdex.com are not showing up in my in box, they are being diverted to another file, still trying to find out why

The customer purchased a Toyota 4-Runner on January 1, According to all the documentation, the customer was well aware that the vehicle had miles on it.It is clearly stated on the forms he signed The actual finance contract with [redacted] does not provide a space for mileage, and their only concern is whether the car is new or used, but all the other documents, the purchase and sales/odometer statement, and RMVclearly disclose the mileage In November Mr [redacted] had his vehicle serviced at [redacted] , at that time he had 18,miles on his car They told him his warranty was half over and basically it was our fault If you look at the 3/factory warranty, it assumes 12,per year, and doing the math, Mr [redacted] drove 14,in just months Mr [redacted] did contact Sullivan Bros after that service and we provided him in writing a letter stating that Sullivan Bros would cover any warranty item for an additional past the Manufacturers limits No additional offers will be made Mr [redacted] did purchase a new vehicle which had an original MSRP of for Carol Pineo

We are a little confusedthe deposit amount was and a check # was issued 8-18-to *** *** and cleared our bank 8-19-16complaint was filed 8-24-16*** ***

The response put in by the dealership is completely wrong I am not over mileage in any way shape and form I have payments left on my lease and do not yet have 36,on my speedometerSecondly when I went in I was very specific as to what I was looking forI told them I was looking for down no more than a month sign and driveThis never changed at any time during negotiationsThere were texts that were passed back and forth to make sure he deal was as it was presented because I felt uneasy that that they were trying to pull somethingI was told no more out of pocket and no money owed after the fact to Toyota and then once the owner read the texts the next morning somehow they didn't want to do the deal anymoreNothing changed on my partThey were trying to pull a fast one on me and that's why things changedThey tried to do a bait and switch and once they realized I was informed they removed the deal this is just not right I was giving them my last dime to get this car and had saved for three years for that dollars so I could purchase the car I had wantedWhy can't people just be decent

We have reviewed the customer complaint.  Ms. [redacted] did in fact attempt to lease a vehicle from Sullivan Bros Toyota.  The numbers were agreed upon, however the customeralong with a companion (perhaps her sister) made changes in the allowed mileage, and demanded additional provisions for...

the vehicle she was returning that could not be met withinthe original financial arrangement.  We could not come to a new agreement.

We request that the documents we attached to the complaint on Feb 15th  be reviewed.  The vehicle is clearly disclosed as a DEMO   the mileage is clearly disclosed on numerous signed documents.
If Mr. [redacted] has he emails, perhaps he could share them with me.  I requested them , but they were no longer available to me..  The letter however, was saved on [redacted]s computer.  I would assume it was sent regular mail.  Does Mr. [redacted] have any documents that disclose the mileage as anything but 3,903?  every piece of paper from the worksheet to the [redacted] finance approval letter have the mileage clearly disclosed.  We have put in writing that we would cover any warranty item for the additional 3903 past manufactureres limits.  He claims he never received that letter,  we can reissue.

I tried to get communications from multiple people (sales person, finance manager, owner, etc.) at the dealership for almost a month regarding the title, the promise of a certified warranty ($1000), the falsely advertised listing including a back-up camera in the rear-view mirror ($600), dents and scratches when the said the car was "perfect" with not dents or scratches ($$ value??).  They would never respond.  I called many times, sent emails, , etc. and never got any help.  So I had to use my credit card cancellation as my only recourse to get this resolved.  They said the car was certified but it never was - this is important to have this 3 year extended warranty when buying a used car!.  Finally, after I had already purchased the missing items myself, they came back and offered some resolution but it was too little and too late. Regards,

and their only concern is whether the car is new or used,  but all the other documents, the purchase and sales/odometer statement, and RMV1 clearly disclose the mileage.    In November 2015  Mr. [redacted] had his vehicle serviced at [redacted],  at that time he had 18,376 miles on his car.  They told him his warranty was half over and basically it was our fault.  If you look at the 3/36000 factory warranty, it assumes 12,000 per year,  and doing the math, Mr. [redacted] drove 14,473 in just 11 months.   Mr. [redacted] did contact Sullivan Bros after that service and we  provided him in writing a letter stating that Sullivan Bros would cover any warranty item for an additional 3903 past the Manufacturers limits.  No additional offers will be made.  Mr. [redacted] did purchase a new vehicle which had an original MSRP of 36179.00  for 29200.00.  Carol Pineo
