I purchased books from this company on August 22, They did not ship the books I contacted them twice both times asking for tracking information They did not respond This company sells through [redacted] I contacted [redacted] twice only to get a note from [redacted] to inform me to resolve the problem directly with the seller [redacted] forwarded my complaint to the seller and they did not respond either The complaint with [redacted] is still open but it is unlikely that [redacted] will do anything as to date, the seller is still listing with [redacted] Payment was made on August 22, via PayPal I initiated a complaint against the seller (Sullivan Classics Inc.) via PayPal The case is still open with PayPal also To date, they company has not refunded the purchase amount of $ I strongly feel that this matter should be pursued (and this is why I am pursuing this matter) because this company will continue to do what they are doing until they are stop
