We purchased the warranty protection plan for Zucora from [redacted] and we were guaranteed any stain they will help us remove[redacted] We called Zucora to report a issue of a stain and the service we got from the customer service help desk ridiculous and we send pictures as requested and they were so rude and said it is not covered[redacted] Very rude and unprofessional [redacted] Very poor customer service [redacted] I will never recommend anyone to buy the same [redacted]

Horrible company with bad customer service. No service provided or any care to make a customer happy. [redacted] They send you a $20 product for a service that YOU have paid for and for YOU to do all the cleaning!!!

When we purchased our furniture from [redacted] the sales agent highly recommended we sign up for the Fabric Care Protection Plan that included a Magi Seal treatment done by ZucoraWe were told they were a professional company that would come out to our house within a few days of our purchase and put a protective coating on the furnitureZucora's website advertises outstanding customer service and includes some testimonials [redacted] We purchased our furniture in June and have been trying to get a hold of Zucora ever sinceThey refuse to return any of our phone calls, phone messages, or e-mailsTheir customer service is atrociously badOne night we spent minutes on the phone on hold being told we were the 4th caller in line and then after minutes it went through to their phone answering messageWe left a message but our call was not returnedIt is now days after our furniture purchase and we are still waiting for them to treat our furniture

Hi.I buy zucora plan for my furniture years ago, this November I call to zucora and claim en, crayon and scratches on my furniture with all marks ir include in coverage.after weeks they send me a bottle of cleaner and tell me try clean your self.after week I talk to supervisor of this company and his tell me its nothing covered.This company just take the money and don't make any service

The initial phone contact included the statement from the agent: "you are probably out of luck" (...because of a certain circumstance...) The customer care agent requested submission of a photo of the damage I did not receive acknowledgement of its submission until I subsequently emailed and phoned to see if the photo had been received Acknowledgement followed, accompanied by a request for me to find and submit a unique identifying number on a tag somewhere on the furniture Since sending that number, we received an email advising us that the agent would have some information about our claim 'shortly' Since it has taken more than three weeks to get this far, we have little hope of a quick resolution *** *** *** *** *** ***

Zucora tagline should be 'Intentionally misguiding people'Their Protection plan just looks good on their brochure otherwise they do not have any services to give to the customers who got trapped somehow into their fake realmThe more saddening part is that they have support from brands like ***, *** *** *** These brands should not tie up with such Fraudsters

This company has the worst customer service I've dealt with. They don't call back when they say they would, they have you waiting for hours on the phone and hanged up on my several time pretending they can't hear me or that the call is cutting out. They have to replace my couch because a stain never came off and they keep procrastinating and giving me excuses and don't do it. I would have never paid an insurance had I known they wouldn't be responsible for the furniture like they said they would

Zucora does NOT cover stitching coming apart on a 2 year old, [redacted] couch. The service is not worth the money you will spend on the warranty.

I purchased this stain warranty protection from the local mattress store and the original company was great but this one that took over is awful. I called and told them about a stain that we had on our mattress and told them that it was my childs diaper that leaked. So they sent me spray to try the spray kinda took out the stain but left a ring around it. So I called the company back and was caller 8 and was onhold for no lie 45 minutes for someone to answer the call and ask me to hold again. Then the customer service person told me there was nothing they could do further and that the ring was dirt that was not originally on the surface but coming up. I am not a dirty person and we always have a waterproof mattress pad on the mattress except the day we washed it. Then went on to say that if they dont know what it is they cant treat it. I kept enphasizing that it was urine. They kept saying the original report was maybe and they could not change it.

Don't waste your money on purchasing a protection plan. We have an accidental rip/tear in the fabric of our couch, which is specifically identified under 1.0 of the plan. The representative chose to call it a puncture and quoted an exclusion under 7.0, which is anything not specifically identified under the plan. Therefore our coach was not fixed. An accidental rip or tear can be called many things, as puncture was not specifically identified, they didn't repair it. This is exactly why we were hesitant to spend the extra money for the fabric protection plan.

It's not worth buying this warranty. They dont respond to your concern. I had a furniture warranty when I call for a service first they didn't respond to me .after calling many time they said it's not under warranty. .so basically this warranty does not cover anything. I waste my [redacted] for nothing

We left a message but our call was not returned. It is now 40 days after our furniture purchase and we are still waiting for them to treat our furniture.
