I went to this shop to get some work done. They stated I needed a coolant flush. I am not having any problems with AC, Heat or engine. I did make an appointment for the service. Ever since I received the flush, my car has been overheating. I took my car back to the shop for them to fix the issues. They stated I need a thermostat or some other type of sensor. I left and my car overheated once again. I called to speak with the owner and brought my car back. He stated they did not put enough anti freeze into the vehicle. I left and went to get an oil change. It is still overheating. I recently went back to the shop and they would not look at it because it was near the end of the day. They stated they will make an appointment. I told them I wanted to wait until the owner was present. I cannot drive to work due to the issues.
had a coolant flush on March 25th 2019. She called and complained her car was over heating on about May 27th 2019. She wanted to talk with the owner ***, I called her and invited her to come up on May 28th 2019 and I would look at her car. I found she was low on coolant, I added coolant no charge and customer left. Customer came back on June 6th with car over heating again, I pressure tested the cooling system and found her water pump leaking. I then gave her an estimate on the water pump. But in addition to she had a check engine light on, I read the code and found the mass air flow sensor needed replaced. I explained that I would try cleaning it first. The code did not come back and those repairs were at no charge to customer. So now all she needs is a water pump, and we can't do the work for free we have never replaced her water pump before. I went to this location because for an oil change. It was not overheating until it left their shop. They stated that I needed a coolant flush and I agreed to the service. 2 days later, I went back and the owner ***) mentioned that they forgot to put coolant in the vehicle. As I drove away from the shop the 2nd time, it began to overheat again. I drove it back and they stated they were about to close. This was not an issue before I took my car in.
The water pump is leaking and she didn't want it fixed and that's the issue.
