I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #***I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. In my conversation with [redacted], we discussed a mutually agreeable settlement but never a dollar amount. Certainly I would expect to receive a credit for the amount I paid originally to Sullivan Tire as they never successfully repaired my vehicle. However, as I indicated in my original complaint, I was forced to replace my entire rear differential at a cost of $666 due, according to [redacted], to damage that was done to it during the initial pinion seal replacement by Sullivan Tire. Therefore, I am also looking to recover the cost of this expense as well as the $70 for having to rent a vehicle while Sullivan Tire attempted to repair my vehicle for the 3rd time. As I mentioned to [redacted], I would be willing to consider a store credit for these additional expenses I incurred.
