We purchased our new home in May 2019 and have been complaining of water issue in yard and water in our crawl space and they come out and start to repair it and never have finished with the repair, if it is not repaired correctly soon we are going to have problems with the foundation and possible health issues if if creates mold. We have sent several letters letting them know but it drags on.

Sullivan Walter Homes does quality work and is a local family business. All building and construction is in compliance with State and Local requirements. We have acted promptly with this homeowner to help mitigate the water issue, including regrading the yard and installing a sump pump system in the crawl space. We want all homeowners to be satisfied with our homes, but of course certain issues, such as low-lying property areas and extreme amounts of rainfall cannot be controlled.

3) they installed sump pump and water is still entering crawl space when it rains and it is keeping the block wet , with the damp crawl space it could cause health problems in the future, the way they are telling us is that they addressed the problem and that is all they are going to do for us and I don't agree with that
