I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI did receive a call from the company immediately upon them receiving the complaint and they have agreed to resolve the issue this Saturday. Based on the resolution of this issue, I would do business with them again

The customers information is correct but it is truthful that we have been backed up due to 24 of the last 30 days of rain in Columbus, Ohio. [redacted] had 40 estimates to look at on Saturday and did not make it to hers. He will call her today/Sunday at about 3:00pm to try meet with her today or tomorrow....

He will also discount her work by 15% if she choose to have it done. We will do a better job of communication and we are adding another estimator so this will not happen in the future. Thank you,

We resolved the complaint within 2 business days after we were notified. The customer did not pay for the additional price to move the wood 40 feet and for stacking, so our driver dumped the wood on the driveway as we do our regular customers.  We exchanged the wood that was initially left...

I will call the customer today and have more wood brought out to her house. Our website says how we sell our cord of wood. They are not 24 inches long like the old cords used to be sold. Our pieces range from 18-22 inches which is why the total cubit feet is shorter than it was in the 1800's. We...

also say they will receive 400 pieces of wood per cord and they delivered 850 that day. The true cords are loosely stacked so air can pass through and keep moisture low. She wanted it tightly stacked in a shed which the workers did. We want everyone happy so I will have the workers bring out another 100 pieces this Saturday (November 1) to resolve this. We have been back logged for the last month due to high demand and I apologize this was not resolved sooner. Thank you!
