February I went sulivans2auto with a trade inn and 3500$and purchased ford escape12300miles.I and jay Sullivan had agreed to do in-house payments 180$a month and 205$late fee with no set time from to pay off truck.I started paying cash,and in may months latter the office men and jay came to take my escape with reasons that I didn't pay!!I did pay but never got a recipt so I had to pay the payment over again of365$ and I could keep escape!But I never at any payment got receipt cause jay said they take cash and put whoever takes money with there initials documented next to my name.so haven the truck month's and already issues began.Jay and his crew said the computer had issues and that meant I had no proof payments and so I was coerced go pay months with a tow truck in route to get escape.I paid what jay asked againAusr was scard he take truck and after paid in months I did what I was told and that was pay or have truck repoedso months and all this time

on feb a purchase agreement was sent to north franklin federal credit union for volvo sr (2004) purchase agreement stated cv shaft seals would be fixed to stop leaks on feb I wrote check to sullivans auto for dollars.jay sullivan then told me he was not repairing them he would by seals as there are he would not repair vehicle so I took the seal and took to different repair shop let it slide at that momentin process of these repairs it was discovered that car was illegally inspected as sticker was about 2weeks old and both outer tie rod end and ball joint were seriously bad-dangerous.also no high beam working this is just what we know of right now (i have in my possesion bad parts and reciepts for repair as they told me no warranty but I now understand I should have recieved day warranty I have tryed to resolve problem multiple times.jay sullivan doesnt care and will not go good for anything.I contacted nys inspectiun c0mplaint services explained problemt

Gentlemen:In regard to complaint # [redacted], the 2008 Ford Escape was reprocessed for lack of payment. Ourrecords show no payments for April 2015 through February 2016. All payments from May 2014 werelate.[redacted] sent copies of Money orders that she said that she had not been credited for....

Three ofthe copies were of the same money order. Both of the money orders had been credited.We gave [redacted] many chances to catch up. Finally we reprocessed the 2008 Ford Escape.

To whom it may concern:In reference to compliant ID - [redacted] vehicle purchased on February 18, 2016. Customerbrought vehicle to his home for it was for his son. [redacted] wanted to wait until spring to put the vehicle onthe road. [redacted] brought vehicle to be checked out at and the vehicle needed CV/...

transmission seals ( weagreed to purchase seals (seals are not part of NYS inspection). On February 25, 2016 [redacted] broughtvehicle to Sullivan's Auto Sales dba Jays Auto Sales and notified outer tie rod ends had legitimateamount of play, Also ball Joints are only visual inspection. [redacted] was aware that vehicle had over 200,000miles. After [redacted]'s first complaint Sullivan's Auto Sales dba Jays Auto Sales offered to purchase vehicleback due to issues [redacted] refused offer. On March 28,2016 [redacted] was offered to pay for his partspurchased for the vehicle that he had now owned for 30 days past sale. Sullivan's Auto Sales dba JaysAuto Sales has made every attempt and has gone above and beyond to satisfy [redacted]. Attached is a copyof the inspection report, [redacted] has dates confused. Date of sale February 18, 2016 returned forinspection on February 25, 2016 then [redacted] waited until March 25, 2016 to come in with complaints,Offered to purchase parts on march 28,2016.JAYS AUTO SALES INC.DBA Sullivans Auto Sales
