***I WOULD NOT ADVISE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I made a purchase for 2 bottles of the Keto diet pills and when I received the email confirmation they had 7 on the order (Velocity Trim Keto - Buy 4 Get 3 Free 1 $199.95). I was charged for 4 bottle and 3 should have been free with the purchase of 4. Order #***. I talked to customer service on the same day and explained the error and asked if the order could be stopped or changed to the 2 bottles, which I ordered. I was told "they could not change the order or refund my money, that I had made the purchase and was responsible for the payment". I then placed a dispute for the charge on my credit card.
I called back the next day and spoke to someone else who told me when I received the order to call for RMA#, return the product and they would issue a full refund. I did this and they confirmed they received the product back, but then I was told they could not issue a refund to me because I had filed a dispute with my credit card. I then asked that the product be sent back to me if they would not issue the credit but was told they could not do that either.
This dispute was investigated by my credit card company, but when they received the final documents/decision from SBO, SBO refused to issue a credit. I called and spoke to customer service again and they flat out said no refund would be issued, because I had filed a dispute with my credit card company and they could not do anything more and hung up on me. So now I am just out the $200.

I just wanted to inform you that the SBO Health (Sulfar) has issued the full refund for the $199.95. I want to thank you for your help in this matter. I would still like to see a bad rating put on Revdex.com for this company. Without the complaint and Revdex.com’s involvement I do not think a refund would have ever been issued. Thanks Linda

Ordered what I thought was one bottle and get one free on approximately July 10, 2019, from the company website. It wound up being buy 4 bottles and get 3 free which I did not authorize. When all was said and done, I wound up spending approximately $199.25. I contacted customer service about 5 min after for a refund. Customer Service said they would only issue a refund if I returned the parcel with the items unopened, which I did. They gave me an RMA number I was to put on the envelop letting the company know that it was a returned package. I returned the item on July 16, 2019, via the USPS. The item was delivered to the address that was given to me by Customer Service on July 18, 2019 at 7:44AM. I've called several times to check the status of the refund. Every time I call I've gotten several excuses as to way I haven't received my refund yet. It has been more than two months since the item has been returned. I've never had a refund take this long. I do not want to hear anymore excuses. I embrace solutions not excuses. If the company didn't practice bait and switch techniques, none of this would have happened.

We recently received your complaint regarding Manuel ***’s, Velocity Trim account. Manuel placed a one time order for Velocity Trim 7 bottle bundle for $199.95. This order was placed for an exclusive offer on

06/27/2019 that allowed Manuel to buy 4 bottles get 3 free, bringing the retail price down to $28.56 each.

These terms were presented to Manuel in multiple places on our website when Manuel ordered our product. When an order is placed the customer must clicked a button indicating that they agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button, we must assume that they have read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms Manuel could have called our customer service team or emailed us at our support email and we would have been happy to assist Manuel.

As a courtesy, we have provided Manuel *** with a 100% refund. Manuel *** was issued a refund for 09/26/2019 for $199.95 - Refunded txn: ***. The refund has been applied back to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to arrive at the address previously stated.

Manuel *** will not receive any further shipments or charges going forward. I hope this resolves the concern today and I hope you have a good day!
