I was disappointed with the quality of work. The service I requested was a pool opening. It was to include removal of cover (mesh type), cleaning cover, moving cover to storage area on my property, brushing the interior of the pool, reinstalling and starting up equipment, and shocking the pool water. They "cleaned" the cover by rinsing it off with dirty pool water while it was still in the pool. Any remaining debris on the cover went into the pool? Then, with springs stll attached to the straps, while still floating in the filthy pool, they folded, rolled up and left cover standing upright on the edge of the pool so it could "dry". A few minutes later they put it in the storage bag (also mesh). They "attempted" to brush the sides of the pool for about 5 to 10 minutes. They said the pool needed to sit a while so the shock could loosen up the residue. They hooked up and started all the equipment but broke the skimmer cover in the process. Later that day I contacted their office to express my concern with their methods. A few days later, at my request, they sent two men out again to "properly" wash the cover and brush the pool sides. They used clean water from my hose this time but they didn't spread the cover out very well and they only cleaned one side. The brushing job was very poor as well. After that, I called and canceled the additional vacuuming service I initially ordered. I will not hire this company again.

Review: I bought a motor for a pool. I cannot get it to work and would like to return it. They will not accept the return and want to send out service people to determine whether it is defective or not. They are also unclear as to whether this service call will be charged or not. I have no idea why I can't return it, and they tell me they can't take a return if water has been run through it. They say there is a sign in the store that says that, but you have to run water to see if it works. The salesman didn't say that, and I saw no sign. From my vantage point, they want to sent out techs so they can make more charges. Why can't I take it to the store to have it tested and why can't I return it? It's just a scam to give you a higher bill, and now I'm stuck with them because I need this situation rectified ASAP.Desired Settlement: I want to return everything I bought from the company, and deal with another company that is clear about what I need to buy and won't try stick me with a service bill. Being unwilling to accept returned merchandise is unacceptable and I wish I never dealt with this odious company. Its directive service department won't listen long enough to hear what a customer is saying and has a "the customer is always wrong" policy.
