The vendor was sent the work order and due to scheduling performed the work on July 21st. As soon as the bill was sent to us, we finished the final accounting. The accountants completed the final accounting for the tenant and all reserves were returned to the owner on July 23rd. We still had time according to the Oregon Landlord Tenant Law. As of July 23rd the owners account has been closed.
