I am not aware in what sort or mistake I am getting this complain via mailI am working here all day long not with the business mind but just to make sure that my customers should be happy when I assist
themI always try to protect them because I have to keep my door open for all of the customers for future business as well

Review: Hi This is [redacted] form bay area California I have two incident with him.1)I bought two I -phones 5 to send Nepal from this man on 06-**-2014 pay for unlock too cause its for another country (Nepal ) and did't work ask him to unlock it. he say ok will do it next week.Next week and again called told me that he will do it next months so and so till now and it has been almost 4 month and he never fixed it.so now I am asking for money back he told me he will unlock the phone again. But we do not like to deal with him like to get money back. 2) he sold me all 6 phones are not working, 3 i-phones -5 2 I phones-4 and one Samsung Galaxy the bad phones to me and I have send those phones back back to him and ask him to get money back.he says ok but have not revived yet.I think he must returns money to me and his shop should be close cause he is lair and frauds .never follow business rule and ethic has no sign on the front of shop may be have no licence !!Desired Settlement: just need money back from him and like to request to closed his business since he is not following business rule and ethics so other customer don't have to go through what I have gone through. thank you for understand[redacted]
