Terrible place to do business withIt's very obvious that the Customer and/or Customer satisfaction is a very low priority to themWill never do business with this place againThey are pathetic!

I purchased a replacement hose for my power washerThey were quick to send itIt ended up being the wrong partSumec agreed to a return and the item was shipped back to themOver month has passed and I still haven't received a refundI was going to reorder the correct part but I've decided to walk away from this companyI advise others to do the same

Clean Force After only two years, the hose to the wand split After calling Customer Service at Force Tools USA for a resolution, they said they would not stand behind this product because it was out of warranty They said that even if the product was not used that just sitting around (2yrs?) that the hoses would deteriorate (poor quality) Not only dissatisfied with the product, but with the Customer Service Department!

I purchased the CFpower washer at Home Depot on 03/21/ I was cleaning my deck, It ran a few minutes while I was moving some furniture The unit shut off I had the understanding that the thermal protector would automatically kick in and shut off the motor to protect it I called SUMEC at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX I was told that water did not get to the motor, even though the hose was still hooked up to the washer They refused to honor the warranty I believe this is a problem with the design of the power washer and that I should be entitled to the warranty guarantee and receive a replacement power washer The warranty is for two (2) years for the motor and pump

I bought the Clean Force HD1800 several years ago at Home Depot and have been very pleased with its performance. Last winter I forgot to drain the hose and it burst in a couple of spots. My daughter went online and ordered a new hose but inadvertently ordered the New Model hose instead of the Old Model hose. When I went to replace the hose I discovered the difference in the two. I contacted Sumec and they swapped out the hoses with no problem. BTW, their website notes the differences in the two hoses with photos so be sure to check these before ordering. (I think my daughter was in a hurry.)
