Revdex.com spoke with the business. There have been two jobs done at this customer’s property. The first job was to just take down trees and the brush was left. Now the customer is trying to get the business to remove the first brush pile even though that is outside of the scope of the agreement for this...

Review: Have Sumerduck complete the agreed job. They did not haul away all the tree branches which were left behind my shed. I was not at home when job was done (7/18/16). Contacted owner who stated he would finish job. Owner has not answered 9 calls since first call.Desired Settlement: Have Sumerduck complete the agreed job.

Review: Company provided tree cutting service. During service, workers broke wood shed, left hole in yard and was trying to leave without cleaning mess or repairing wood shed. Contract stated to leave wood in firewood length at base of tree. However, wood was thrown in neighbors yard. Workers were advised by lead to move. Neighbor come home to logs still in yard dumped behind her car. Team lead and staff deceptive with leaving without cleaning up. Call office after speaking with neighbor and was told would be back out Monday evening (today) now being told Wednesday. Business is deceptive and needs to fix problem they created immediately.Desired Settlement: Complaint file to be viewable for others to know of service and how they work and come and clean up their mess. I have pictures for display. My yard is ruined after I just seeding and sodding and now I have to go and buy another woodshed.

Review: On November 19, 2015 Summerduck Tree Experts came to cut a tree down in my back yard. They started the job and didn't finished. I paid ($550.00) on their promise that they would come back and complete the job. Later on the evening I got a call that the guy that was sent was fired and that based on keeping make me as a value customer and giving good customer service that Summerduck Tree experts would come the next day and complete the job.

Summerduck Tree experts did show up as promised but they did not complete the work because they were hoping to catch the guy that started the job would come back. I think it was so unfair to treat me (the customer) that way. I feel so betrayed and taken advantage of as a single woman. My money was taken without completing the job.

Summerduck tree experts has not come back or returned any of my calls. I keep calling but keep getting their voicemail.Desired Settlement: I just want Summerduck Tree expert to come and take down the tree pole that was left in my yard down. I don't want it to fall on my house because it's dying. Please help!
