Summer Breeze Heating & Air, Inc.

I've lived in six different cities across the US, owned three homes. I have NEVER interacted with a more unprofessional company than Summer Breeze Heating and Cooling. They were called to repair our AC two weeks ago, earliest appointment was four days later, after adding some coolant the AC quit again yesterday. We were able to have them come back out today at 1:00pm yet two hours after true guy left the AC was still not cooking. After calling them back two hours after the service man left, they are not able to offer us another appointment for another five days. Seriously? You just left my home two hours ago, you did NOT fix my air conditioning!! Amanda who handles the appointments was one if the snarkiest, rudest, unprofessional people. I told her, it would be my job over the next hour to write a review of this company so other families do not have to deal with this kind of service. Worst company ever!!!!
