Review: I asked both partners to come and service my tanning bed by replacing old tanning bulbs with new tanning bulbs. The process took over two weeks to have someone come out. They told me they were busy and didn't have time. Last minute, Mr. [redacted] called up and "fit me in" to replace the tanning bulbs in my tanning booth. I always tried to be accommodating in the past, so I agreed to the last minute service time (7:00 P.M. on a weeknight). On previous occasions, when bulbs were replaced by [redacted], who is one of the partners of Summer Breeze, LLC, some bulbs did not light up as was required when we made the agreement. When I showed him at the time, he would begrudgingly finish the job, and provide me with an attitude. However, I diligently checked each bulb in order to make sure that every bulb was lit in accordance with the agreed upon service.However, this time, Mr. [redacted] came in, replaced the bulbs, and two bulbs did not light up and still do not light up. He was paid 250 dollars for this service. However, over the phone he told me the service would cost 220 dollars. I agreed to the price despite this inconsistency, but he refused to come back and fix the job/finish the job and replace the two bulbs properly. Both partners keep putting me off and saying that they are "too busy." The job is not complete unless every bulb is replaced properly, as was agreed upon. Since two of the bulbs are not replaced properly, the job remains incomplete and they have not come to rectify the problem. I can not get them to come and rectify this problem because they both claim they are "too busy". By having these bulbs not properly replaced, it effects both my customers tanning experience and my overall business. All I want is to have the problem rectified.Desired Settlement: I would like one of the partners to come out and properly finish the job that was agreed upon. If they will not do this, I would like a refund for the labor time, which comes to 165.00 according to their bill. I am not asking for a refund for the miles and tolls that Mr. [redacted] incurred in coming to my salon.Furthermore, the phone number on their website is wrong.
