Never received order, no response from refund requests and now websight is closed down.
Ordered face masks from them back I March 2020, only recieved 3 child face masks (was suppose to recieve 5) in the wrong color, and size for my kids. They came from China and smelled like sulfur. I was suppose to receive 5 adult masks as well, and they were never sent I'm assuming. No response to emails requesting refund and now their websight has been closed down.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back.

Facemask Ordered:Questionable Filter Materials & Elastic/Refund Attempted

On March 12, 2020, I ordered a face mask, with two filters from the online retailer, Summer Fashion Store, for a total of $15.58; including tax; paid with my bank debit card - Order #3701.

Anti Pollution N95/PM2.5 Washable Reusable Germ

It took three months to arrive; June 8th, 2020. As soon as I put the face mask on, the elastic that goes over my ears is sharp, like plastic, and hurts, even after I adjusted them. I emailed them that same day; the 8th, to request a refund, and the steps for that. They emailed a confirmation for getting my email. Also, on the evening of June 9th, I started to feel faint from breathing in whatever the filter is made of. I emailed the company on June 10th to ask why no one has responded to my first email, and told them about my feeling faint from the filters. I do not know what would happen to me if I continued to breathe through those filters. I just called their number, and there is a louder than normal busy signal.

This company takes your order and your money but doesn't deliver any products. They are scammers.
I placed order number 2027 on February 27, 2020 for an N95 mask. Delivery was quote within 10-15 days. They sent an order confirmation and charged my credit card. I followed up with them on March 7 as I needed the mask for an international trip. They were responsive and advised that the mask would be delivered in 5 to 10 days. On March 18 I received a note stating that the order was on the way and was provided with a bogus tracking tool and tracking number. On April 7 I followed up again and they advised that the mask had been shipped. They once again provided a bogus tracking tool and tracking number (different company and number) and advised that the item would be delivered in 5 to 12 days. On April 20 I reached out to them again to check on the status of the order did not receive an reply. Today their website has been taken down for "maintenance". I don't know how many people they have taken advantage of but to do it with scamming people on protective wear is despicable. I've been wearing the same paper mask for the past 6 weeks now and I live in NYC where they are required on a daily basis. Please beware of this company!!!

Please refund the charge and stop scamming others!

Covid is only a convenient excuse for these scammers. The tracking tools and numbers that they provided (2 separate companies and 2 separate numbers for the same shipment) were fake. Summer Fashion Store stopped replying to their requests for support. Their website has also been taken down for "maintenance".

Lack of accurate communications regarding shipment and tracking numbers by Customer Service Reps.
I placed two orders in February on the same day. Order #2200 and Order #2207. My complaint is regarding 10 communications with this business. Each time I e- mailed them, I referenced both orders and their order numbers inquiring about Tracking numbers since they were coming from China. Each time, they reference a singular tracking number and ignore the fact that I have two orders I'm asking about. Yesterday, I asked again about my shipments. Jeremy state "Your order has shipped". Nothing else. I received order #2200 today (the last item I ordered) and still no tracking number for order #2207. I have two items in that order. I think they get such a volume of complaints that they are scanning instead of reading their e mails. I still don't have an answer from them regarding my first order and tracking info. It states on their web site we will be notified of tracking numbers. That clearly does not happen.

Desired Outcome

I want a clear tracking number and delivery on items that they took immediately payment on.

I was never given a tracking number for this order. I was notified by e mail that my order was shipped almost immediately after I ordered and my money was accepted immediately vs on shipment as most companies do.

However, I will go to their support e mail and request a refund. If I do not receive one, I will post another complaint.

Want a refund on my merchandise because I have not received and it has exceeded their maximum allowance of time
I ordered products well over a month ago and although they have exceeded the maximum time frame they told me I would receive my merchandise I have yet to get it. The tracking information that was given to me has said that the merchandise is still in their warehouse waiting to be shipped and has been so for weeks now. I have contacted the company on several occasions requesting a refund and they have yet to do that either. I just want my money back no harm no foul. Thank you

I would just like my order cancelled and my money returned. It has been well over their allotted amount of time.

Did not receive all products I ordered and customer service will not investigate.
I originally placed an order # 1280 that failed to arrive on time or that it even shipped. Customer service then cancelled that order. Order #1280 was cancelled
I re-ordered two other N95 Face Mask Respirators and with that a 10 pak of filter replacements, order # 1425. I received this order but it was missing the 10 pak of extra filters at a cost of $12.56 .The company has failed to refund that money or ship that product. In my complaint to them - they replied stating that they sent 4 items but I did not get 4 items. Their math simply does not add up
In the first CANCELLED - 2 items were ordered and again CANCELLED by *** In the second order, 3 items were ordered, two masks and the 10 pak replacement filters - if anything that total of the two orders is 5.
Not four. But when I received the order, I only received 2 items - the two masks and the 10 pak filters were not included.
*** has written back that four items shipped?
What four items ? There was to be 5 total.
SO that is incorrect in its own right.
But I should have received three (3) items

Now *** appears to be refusing and ignoring my emails to refund me or send the missing product - a failure of customer service.

I have now insisted that $12.56 be refunded to me, the cost of the 10 pak N95 replacement filters. - with no repsonses.

Desired Outcome

I now prefer a refund because on their web site, the product I ordered and did not receive, the replacement filters are now out of stock

Order 1280 ( 2 items ) was cancelled and refund for that order was received.
I then ordered 3 items, order 1425 and only received 2 items, the N99 face masks, the third item of order # 1425, 10 pak filter replacements were not included in the order.
They have not sent them, failed to send them, the 10 pak of filters when I wrote them that they were missing in order and have not refunded that portion, $12.56 of that $45.22 order.

So no this is not resolved. I have not received any word or email that they are refunding the $12.56 portion of the second order.

PS - I understand the issues with the virus and what that has caused but blatantly ignoring that I did not receive all items that I needed as the masks won't last long without the replacement filters. Their for customer agent, *** helped resolve the first order in great ways. *** has not been helpful. His emails first indicated that the 10 pak replacement filters were being shipped and lied to me repeatedly in several emails that to wait on the shipping confirmation that the 10 pak filter replacements were being sent. When I finally got the tracking to identify the package it stated it was delivered - that was the second order 1425 that contained two items - only two items of a 3 item order. So, I stated to him via email again, when were the filters to ship? He stated via email the last couple times - that we delivered them and that was his end to the conversation.

I have not received the 10 pak filter replacements and I have not received my refund for the filter replacements of $12.56. I have filed a dispute with my VISA card and the bank is writing Summer Fashion Store about the dispute but I have not received confirmation that the filter portion of $12.56 has been refunded - not yet.

I ordered from the company and reached out regarding if the item had been shipped out as of yet. As to I wanted to cancel the purchase. I was advised by support from the store Susan Reynolds that the item had not in fact been shipped out as of date 2/29/2020. I then advised that I wanted to cancel and have my card refunded. She never replied to my request. I then sent another email to Susan without her reply or confirmation of cancellation. I the submitted another email to the support team, I received an automatic notification of receipt of the email without further contact from the staff. I then reached out by phone as to the hours of the store indicates they are open and it rings to a voicemail. I do not want yo continue with the purchase and asked for the items not to be shipped out. I would like my money back.
