I had a whole new unit installed and it was two weeks past due. [redacted] hires convicted felons and while doing my house his employee stole $1000 diamond earrings and my wife's medications out of our master bathroom. I had to have the police come to my home and do a police report. The most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Never trust this business. Now I have a monthly home security bill.

I have nothing goodto say about them punch of [redacted] third class rate contractors at best unprofessional, rude,unreliable,and heartless

First of all, [redacted] did not communicate to us daily. Most of the time, he did not even answer the phone call from me or my property manager [redacted]. Second, he kept telling us that he will install the remaining 3 AC units soon, but he never did.We do not want lies. We do not want his empty promise that he will do the free work for us. We just simply want the remaining 3 new AC units to be installed within one week as we have new tenant moving in. If [redacted] can not get the ACs installed within a week, then just refund us the balance of $64000. My husband was kind enough to give him more than 2 months to improve his situation. But he doesn't seem to appreciate it instead of taking advantage of his kindness. Just be honest with us once, can you or can you not get the remaining 3 AC units installed within one week? I am sick of this.

we contracted 4 swamp coolors only and 8 feet of duct work  as we took coolors off ther bases stands we noticed ther completed rusted out very bad so we told and showed the owners   and remember we recieved 2000dollars  to buy parts   we completely removed all...

4  48 feet  20/20.and had to clean the mess up rust everwere so we ordered  new sheet metal from the top off roof too the  ceiling and did t-bar work I asked are you going topay for the extra work and material she said no I told her  I need to buy your swamps too complete  I also asked why did u say go ahead  do everything  the exiting swamps havent been used for 2yrs  and the a/c never it was never hooked up  I will resove this matter  its a simple  I just need to recover the funds for all the extra work

During June/July I have my AT&T record showing I called him/Txt him 96 times to have him come and replace our systems. He never did. I also have printed both phone call details and txts I sent him. I can provide copies. to your office if needed. He is a con-artist and somehow seems he is addicted to something! Home Warranty has indicated that they terminated the contract with him. If you browse the internet - he has similar complaints from other people - in one case police was involved because of him being suspect in stealing from his customer home. I have filed a small claim court complaint but then he has gone to the court and requested the file to be transferred to Civil Court - mainly to buy time to finish his bankruptcy.I am hoping you will enforce him to comply w/ the agreements we made and refund our money so I can have our AC fixed by another contractor.

this is a scam I called him many times to get my a/c unit  back and I would refund him his 1500 dollars he said no he also told me the court system will take his side because of race this man is real scammer

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This complaint is the matter of the work schedule. He promised to finish his work many times, but he has not finished for two months. I met this company when I had 2-10 home warranty services. So, I asked him to estimate my business place. I have never thought that I would have this bad of services. Maybe he is too busy to respond to the home warranty service call and ignored the individual work order. If he cannot handle it, he should not take my work order. Whenever he did not show up, I called him. He would make excuses too often to believe. He claims that his truck broke down, is short on employees, his uncle passed away in California, his wife had heart surgery, and had urgent home warranty service calls. I could only believe so many coincidental excuses, but he should still meet the due date of the promised time. He said I will not charge his work for other small extra repairs because of your patient waiting.  You can see our text message conversation, “…ill do your small repairs for 000 $ k”. I can only interpret this as him doing it for free. Later, he asked me to pay for the T-bar. I told him to write down on a paper with the details of his jobs and what extra job I need to pay for. He never brought any paper that I specifically asked for and never showed up to my store.  The last conversation was that he would call me at 5 pm on May 22, but never called.  When you see the text conversation on May 19, “Sorry. My master cool dealer has not called back…”   When he asked me for more money, I told him I already paid what you asked for, the amount before you started this work. I will pay when he finishes his work completely. How I can trust him since he broke all the promised work and schedules.  His responding letter is not seeking resolution nor considers customer’s satisfactory. No one should ever have this type of unpleasant experience  as I did with this contractor. This has been stressful and a waste of two months of time with this contractor. I will not let go of this case; he has to compensate for wasting my time.  Regards,[redacted]

I don't know what is the problem its been installed and working I passed some of my data to ace air maybe its a sale  don't know  I will call customer and find out if  home warranty only covers whats on thank you  call me as well Vincent s  [redacted]

For one I've been working on your property's  you also hired unlicensed contractors to do mor a/c work  I will  complete my my work  ther.  Up to city codes not like your others.
