Review: We currently live in horrible conditions, we have been living here since December 3 20**. When we moved into the Summer lane apartments [redacted] charged us a 800 dollar deposit. Promising to fix the maintanence issue in the apartment which were.1)None working air condictionar 2)None working Celling fan3)None working Fan on stove top4)None working garbage desposuer 5)Damage pantry cabinet in dangerous condition6)Missing drawer in kitchen 7)None working fan in bathroom 8)Paint on walls and missing Hallway closet doorsHere it is June 27th 2015and it took [redacted] Environmental Health Specialist from the Department of Environmental Health Food and Housing division to come and inspect my family's living conditions. She right away has had [redacted] in one day hire a pest control agent to fumigate the entire apartment. She also has giving him to tuesday to fix the smoke detectors in our home that haven't work since we moved in. These problems we had since December have not been fix except for the garbage dispoal.We also had an electriction come in trouble shoot and fix cross wiring. When he attempted to look under the stove top to see what was wrong with the motor to the fan. We were shocked to see there was a towel under there with no motor a really bad safty hazzord. We have basically been cooking living with no installation in the house. Monday I am going to [redacted] California to see what I can do with mold believe this is the local health and hazords office. This is all full why did he take a 800 deposit and why does he lack humanity and integrity with his job and title as an apartment owner. I live with my girlfriend and daughter. I live by a lot of illegal aliens who don't no there rights and are force to be content do to not knowing there laws. Hopefully I contacted the right people to help me take some action nobody should live in these barbaric conditions. Please help or send me in the right direction Im looking forward to your email.Thank You,Desired Settlement: Would love for these items to be fix along with everything else in the apartment complex for a n all around safe living enviroment. Would love for this document to be taking very seriously and some type of displinary action be taken. Please enforce the living condition code for are rental rights.

Review: I have been living in the most horrific and inhabitable situation. It all began since the moment we made plans to move here we were not asked to fill any paperwork or even identification of any kind he just asked us for deposit and first months rent we weren't even able to see the apartment till the day of moving there we moved in Dec 2 and on Dec 16 I sent him an email regarding all the fixtures he needed to take care of he ignored every request made to come and take care of the problems again on April 20 I told him and made him aware I was going to make a report about all his negligence not only for myself but also my neighbors who live in the same situation he very upset then served me with a 30 day eviction letter needless to say I went ahead and made the report to housing authority and health and human services they completely agreed that the condition I was in was not ok and it had to be fixed. Felipe then sent out a letter to all the residents here stating they were not allowed to file any reports to housing authority or health and human services because they would be responsible to pay fixtures and maybe even kicked out of complex this man is not only a bully but he abuses his power knowing that most of tenants here are not aware of their rights being undocumented they fear to be left homeless and therefor none of them speak out. now almost 30 days have passed and he still hasn't fixed anything here and he continues to bully not only myself for the rest of the residents for this complex.Desired Settlement: start taking responsibility of the complex he's in charge of he needs to have pest control come and spray the entire complex as its infested with roaches and mice Fix the immensity of fixtures that every single apartment has if started naming it would be never-ending overall we all pay rent here we have kids we want a safe home for our children and if we pay rent we expect everything we pay for to work
