Review: I paid summer sun tanning salon $325 for hair Extentions. They put the hair in and two days later I had huge knots in my hair and couldn't even brush it. The hair was so coarse and was falling out of my head due to low quality hair. When I showed them how bad it was they agreed that the hair was absolutely horrible and should not look like that. So they said they would replace my hair with higher better quality hair on them. When they replaced the hair, I asked to see the package so that I could see if it was better quality hair. They said that the hair doesn't come in a package. I thought that was odd. Everything comes in a package. Regardless of whether they upgraded the hair or not, the new hair they put in was worse than the hair before. I refuse to leave my home because my hair is so bad it's embarassing to be seen in public. I called [redacted] the owner and she started screaming and yelling at me and told me that I cannot get a refund. It is clear that this hair is horrible quality and I have had three other hair dressers tell me this is poor quality hair and to get a refund. Now I have to pay another $325 and I also have to pay for someone to take this hair out. I have never been treated so badly and I have never had issues with hair Extentions before. I want my money back. I did not receive what I payed for.brhis has been nothing but a nightmare dealing with them.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the money I paid. A total of $325
