May 8, Dear ***, We are writing in regards to the complaint submitted to the Revdex.com by *** ***. Ms*** placed an online order with us on April 18th, for of our white lip balm tube boxes. We shipped her order on April 19th, and it was delivered to her on Saturday, April 22nd. Ms*** sent an email to us on the same day expressing her disappointment in the product and that it was different than what the picture on the website showed, but had not requested to return the product at that time. We had not had a chance to reply to the email, due to the fact that we are not open on weekends. Ms*** phoned our warehouse on Monday, April 24th and spoke with one of our associates requesting to return the lip balm tube boxes. Our company policy does not allow the return of products, but due to the fact that she based her purchase on the picture shown on the web site we told her that she could return the productWe let her know we would issue a refund to her, but she would have to pay for the cost of the shipping back to us. Later that afternoon, she sent another email stating that she had charged back the transaction with her bank, posted complaints on social media and contacted the Revdex.com She has been boorish in our interactions despite us attempting to work with her We spoke with Ms*** again on Tuesday, April 25th and made arrangements with her on the return of the lip balm tube boxes. With her approval, we emailed a UPS return label on Wednesday, April 26th 2017. Once we receive the product back at our location we will contact her and issue a refund to her credit card if the monies have not already been deducted from us by her credit card company. There has been no intention by our company to falsely advertise our products. We take great pride in our customer relationships and strive to answer all concerns brought to our attention in a timely manner. Our company policies are written in great detail on our web site and have to be agreed upon by any purchaser before their order is placed with our online store. They have known about this problem since as stated on this review and the review that is postedAlso, my
bank ended up having to do a Regulation E to get my money back. They cancelled the wrong card when I went to dispute the claim
