After a mth of trying to book a pkg through this agency, and them never getting back to me, they told us our "only option" is dates we cannot support My mother [redacted] bought a package from this agency (# [redacted] ), but decided her health would not allow her to travel from California to Myrtle Beach to use itShe transferred it to meOn May 3, she called and talked to Lisa and submitted a reservation request for May 27-at [redacted] The next day, Lisa emailed me that those dates were taken, but "I do have dates near the dates you gave me." I reserved and paid for a bedroom resort stay on 9/5/to stay 12/27-1/1, on 12/they called me and said they could not honor my reservation On 9/5/I reserved a two room timeshare property called Fantasy World ResortI paid $in advance I signed their contract which I have attached On 12/11/17, just two weeks before I arrive, they said they have no rooms available at any of their resorts I have spent thousands on airfare and car rental reservations and my kids are counting on going on vacation They would not even return my money, and said all they can offer is half the money back, and additional time for us to use the night stay I am going to lose thousands if I cancel or spend thousands to reserve another room The least they can do is refund all of my money instead of only half $

We received a call from this Company offering vacation packages and after much discussion and skepticism we went against our better judgement and booked a vacation package for the the week between Christmas and New Years in Cancun at a rate of $for nights (all inclusive) if we agreed to attend their timeshare presentation while there When I called months later to verify the details of our reservation they said they had to move us to a different resort which when researched was greatly inferior and would not honor our dates for the nicer resort that they originally pitched Basically they changed it all - and our credit card had already been billed They refused to provide a refund until my Husband called (rather irate) and then ultimately they agreed to a full refund and did refund the money promptly - but the experience left a bad taste in our mouths and now we have no time to book a Christmas vacation and a good rate and we had already purchased our airline tickets for those dates Don't trust the company - they are running a scam and should not be allowed to be in business - I can only imagine how many people they have taken advantage of and apparently most do not get refunds

I received a call from this business and the representative convinced me to siand promised me that I can cancel my reservation anytime if I need to, I did sifor the vacation in Los Cabos, Mexico for days I think and paid $529, I had a financial issue that I had to cancel, I called the rep and he told me that a cancellation can only be made within the days, I reminded him of he told me and he denied, I told him that I will file a dispute with my credit card company and he said that he has the documents that show that I am aware of the cancellation terms which I never received and never made aware of, I filed a disputed with American Express and after they investigated the matter, I received a full refundI will never use or recommend this business to anyonePeople should be VERY careful and should be aware of the promises the representatives may give youThere is a reason why they have F rating on Revdex.com
