Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I am rejecting the businesses responseIn my previous letter I made several points and asked several questions [redacted] did not respond to any of those points [redacted] response continues to dodge the claims that I have made in my previous two lettersHer inability to adequately squash these claims further emphasizes her misconduct and unethical business practices Ms Stafford is requested to upload a PDF copy of the fully executed rental commission agreement to the Revdex.com website for reviewThis is the second request for this document Sincerely, [redacted]

Attached please find the Bankers Check Stub for the payment that was made out to Stafford Realty GroupI have also attached the text message exchange where the broker outlined the fee structure and final payment amountThe Bankers Check was procured on 1/**/and given to Stafford Realty Group
on 1/**/during the lease signingPlease let me know if any further information is needed

1. [redacted] signed a rental commission agreement with our company (written in plain English), dated 12/**/15 agreeing to to pay a non-refundable commission when and if he came to a meeting of the minds with a landlord regarding renting an apartment; and a lease agreement was signed between tenant and landlord. He fully understood that after those two requirements occurred, our fee was considered earned and was NOT refundable. (Legal binding agreement)2. [redacted] was shown an apartment by my salesperson. He saw the apartment with his own eyes. We were informed by the owner that the apartment was ready to rent. We were informed that the landlord accepted the application we submitted from [redacted] INSPECTED the apartment a second time prior to going to sign the lease with the landlord. Landlord and tenant signed the lease. Tenant received keys and paid our fee.3. After getting a lease and taking possession of the unit. [redacted] decided he did not want the apartment. He alleges that a "tenant in the building" told him some stories about leaks that were not present at any time during the rental process and that a sudden massive roach infection appeared. He demanded that we return the fee. 4. (I would like to attach the signed agreement)- We do not return fees after our work is completed. These agreements are customary and normal in the real estate industry as well as the business world.5. I would like to attach the email I sent to [redacted] stating our position that the sales person was paid for work done and our agreement should be respected. We did our job. We also offered assistance in sending him information about other units free of charge. 6. Any and all information we have regarding apartments comes from property managers and landlords. We do not manage property. There is nothing to disclose. Landlord said unit was ready and tenant agreed upon his own (three, according to the salesperson) inspections, then, for whatever reason, he changed his mind.

Please refer to the attachment that was requested and sent with our last response.  It was attached as requested. Please contact Revdex.com for the attachment. Please review our previous response to your complaint. We have no further comments on this subject.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I am rejecting the businesses response. In my previous letter I made several points and asked several questions. [redacted] did not respond to any of those points. [redacted] response continues to dodge the claims that I have made in my previous two letters. Her inability to adequately squash these claims further emphasizes her misconduct and unethical business practices.  Ms Stafford is requested to upload a PDF copy of the fully executed rental commission agreement  to the Revdex.com website for review. This is the second request for this document.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
