I am rejecting this response because:
Case #ID ***
I'm pleased to finally see a response in this matter with the Hyatt House; it's been a little over a year that I have been seeking, a chance to present the fact and figures, from my point of view, of what took place February 26, through March 05, prior to rudely and abruptly being locked out of a room and holding my belonging for ransom or collateral. Consistently, since this misunderstanding took place, I have sought redress with asking for an opportunity to voicing my views, to no avail! A whole year has passed , so it rather suspicious on the part of Mr, M*** to say those things! It appears he only I was worthy of a response after your firm got involved!Nevertheless, I will forward my initial correspondences I had with others Hyatt representatives which include a letter from the previous General Manager, MrMichael JL*** which contradicts MrM***, when he says, "Mr Plummer owes significantly more money to the hotel (for occupying the room with his belonging for eight nights of 2/25/14-3/4/14)" That statement is patently untrue! As stated in MrL*** letter, "As a result of monies owed to the hotel in the amount of $(night's room and tax, 2/and 2/24) his door lock was changed on February 28, 2014, a fact he was made aware of"

Dear [redacted],Thank you for your call today. Per our conversation, please see below the outline of my exchange with [redacted] this afternoon.[redacted] called me regarding a message I left on his voice-mail last week regarding a refund of $158.70 for a past stay.He wanted to know how the $158.70 was determined, and to set up a meeting with me and discuss the way he was treated by the former General Manager.I told him that were are not interested on a meeting, that there was nothing else we could discuss and that we were trying to settle his dispute by refunding the money that he thought it was owed to him, even when my company has determined that we don't owed him any money. He kept asking about I determined the amount, I read the complain he, himself filed with the Revdex.com and offered him the complain number. He said he knew the number.I read the part of the Revdex.com complain where it clearly states: Resolution Expected "Refund"  Amount: $158.70He continued to say that he had never asked for that amount. I said that I will send him a Release Liability Form for him to sign before I initiate a check refund. He said that he would read the form and sign it if he agrees.I respectfully ask you to close this case. [redacted] is being unreasonable and keeps changing his story.Thank you in advance,

Hello [redacted]! Once again thank for your involvement in this matter! In the matter of full disclosure, If Ms. C[redacted] chooses not to meet with me, that her prerogative; one the other hand, the Release Liability Form she promised! I haven't received as today's date (5-07-2015)

March 9, 2015Dear [redacted],I am writing to you in response to the above-referenced complaint (copy enclosed). We were surprised to receive this complaint as [redacted] had already acknowledged that he owed $158.70 to the hotel for his two night stay (2/23/14 and 2/24/14). In...

fact, he came to the front desk to settle his account on the morning of 3/5/14. [redacted] owes significantly more money to the hotel (for occupying the room with his belongings for the eight nights of 2/25/14 – 3/4/14). However, he was not charged anything for those additional nights. The $158.70 which [redacted] is disputing in his complaint was owed to the hotel for occupying the guest room on 2/23/14 and 2/24/14.[redacted] stayed at the hotel for more than a year. During his stay at the hotel, he was perpetually delinquent in paying his room charges. His complaint regarding the $158.70 due to him has no merit.Should you have any questions pertaining to this communication, or you require any further information, don’t hesitate to let us know.Sincerely,Bart M.
